Tinha um excelente pequeno-almoço. Gostámos particularmente das amenities disponibilizadas diariamente no quarto e no lobby do hotel. O quarto era espaçoso e a cama muito confortável. Casa-de-banho funcional e a limpeza eficiente. Wi-Fi funcionava bem. Apesar de o hotel ficar próximo da estação ferroviária e afastado do centro histórico (aproximadamente 1,5 km), fica num local movimentado, com bares e restaurantes na proximidade.
Do funcionamento do ar-condicionado porque a janela não abre e por opção do hotel o AC tem sempre ventilação, não sendo possível desligar completamente, o que se pode tornar um pouco incómodo durante a noite. O pequeno-almoço é servido apenas até às 10h. Para as características e preço do hotel, justificava-se ter piscina.

Great location for anyone travelling by train. Rooms are spacious, well appointed, comfortable and clean.
Breakfast on the day we left was excellent if pricey
Hotel invoicing for an online checkout is confusing. We ordered breakfast for our last day and received two invoices - one room only and one room plus breakfast. The system was explained by a member of staff and only one invoice was presented on my credit card but still confusing at the time
The staff was super accommodating, always there to help in less than 5 minutes.
The room is spacious and clean. Same for the bathroom. Mini-fridge was really handy.
Aircondition was great. The hotel is in a good location (1 minute walk from the train station). You can get to all Antwerp sights in under 40 minutes of walk. There are many supermarkets around.
Minor, but the bodywash felt drying. Maybe using a different more hydrating brand would be optimal.
Beds are on the firmer side.

Very disappointed with no bar, no restaurant, no room service and all had ben advertised.Spoke to staff to ask for feedback and chap was helpful but could not help...very disappointed with booking. com not having correct information up on site
