Pros:

Café tem de tudo, a cama e os travesseiros são confortáveis, a água do chuveiro é bem quentinha, os funcionários são bem prestativos, e a limpeza é razoável, acho que não podia ser melhor.

Adequada para quem vai à eventos que ocorrerem no Memorial da América Latina.
Pros:

O mobiliário do hotel é costumizado e bem apropriado para uma hospedagem. O piso de madeira era bonito e as disposições dos quartos estavam bem aconchegantes. Gostei.

Cons:

No entorno do hotel era costumeiro ver pessoas drogadas à luz do dia. Embora nenhuma delas tivesse me hostilizado, mas assustava saber que a qualquer momento um viciado em entorpecentes poderia atacar uma pessoa na rua apenas por estar em crise de abstinência ou querendo comprar mais drogas com o produto do roubo.

A localização, limpeza, qualidade das toalhas de banho e a cortesia dos funcionários.

Cons:

Banheiro do quarto de casal bem pequeno, sem suporte para papel higiênico, sem ducha higiênica. Área do café da manhã muito reduzida , com bancos para sentar ao invés de cadeiras.
