Très positif dans l'ensemble
Pros:

Emplacement proche du métro, personnel très sympatique et chambre sympathique

Cons:

Proche d'un quartier craintif à premiere vue même si je n'ai rencontré aucun probleme et que la police sont souvent autour
Nettoyage des chambres un jour sur deux c'est dommage
Petit déjeuner très sympliste

It was a good hotel, but I did not like the neighborhood to stay in with family.
Pros:

The room was clean and well kept, and the entire facility appeared updated.

Cons:

The neighborhood did not seem very safe - especially after sunset. The nearest subway station was at least 8 min walk away.

Tutto bene, staff ottimo e stanza top
Pros:

Piaciuto tutto ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.. staff eccellente.. posizione comoda..zona in sviluppo che da spazio alla vera realtà newyorkese..chi si lamenta della zona potrebbe alloggiare a Manhattan senza criticare questa zona..

Had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Nice big bed, tv, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, good shower. Breakfast included. Staff very friendly and accommodating

Séjour agréable dans un bon hôtel avec un bon staff.
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup aimé la chambre que nous avions, plutôt monder et bien agencé. De plus, le rooftop est un vrai point positif.
La gentillesse du personnel est également un gros point fort.

Cons:

Concernant le ménage, les poubelles étaient bien vidées, les draps de lit et les serviettes changées, mais petit bémol, le sol n’a jamais été passé à l’aspirateur. Dernier point, l’isolation des chambres, sous la porte d’entrée, un espace de vide laisse rentrer la lumière et forcément le bruit.

Le lit est très confortable
Il y a une station de métro à 5/8min à pied, c’est très pratique
L’hôtel est propre et le personnel accueillant et sympathique

Cons:

Lorsque des personnes sont dans le couloir on entend tout dans la chambre.
Le petit déjeuné, il pourrait être ouvert plus longtemps et il pourrait y avoir plus de choix et surtout remettre ce qu’il manque car il n’y a pas beaucoup de choix si on arrive un peu plus tard
