Pros:

Единственное что понравилось то отель в центре города

Cons:

Отель старый, начало дали комнату дверь изнутри не закрывается. Потом поменяли другую комнату дали, не смотря что комната на девятом этаже но всё что происходит на улице всё слышно в комнате потому что окны старые и деревянные. И за громкий шума на улице всё ночь не смогли уснуть. Не стоило то сумму который заплатили. Я требую вернуть деньги это будет справедливо

Viac ako 3 hodiny nefungovala tepelná voda.
Všetko v hoteli je staré, koberce na chodbách sú špinavé. Klimatizácia vydávala cudne zvuky.

Comfortable hotel in a good location
Pros:

Comfortable and spacious room with good facilities and helpful staff. Good location for walking to other points of interest in Calgary. The restaurant was also very convenient.

Not worth the money unless staying downtown is priority 1.
Pros:

The downtown location was convenient. The staff were all excellent and the hotel was clean.

Cons:

Very dated, in dire need of renovation. It’s clean but our corridor to our room smelt like stale cleaning products. Our beds were ok but the mattress was a bit saggy in the centre. The walls are thin enough to hear conversations in the adjacent room which is fine until it’s going on past midnight. Also it sounded like we were on a street popular with late night/2am drag racing. So pretty noisy. Also noisy pipes or something in the walls didn’t exactly make for the best nights sleep.

Extremely expensive for what we got. I put that down to it being the marathon weekend and paying to be downtown. 1 room with 2 beds for 2 nights came to just over $700. - Had we paid around half that I would have put my expectations lower and just summed this trip up to getting what you pay for.

Cheap but not worth it for the noise and no way to operate the air conditioning in the room
Pros:

It's right in the heart of the city which is very convenient.

Cons:

The room had not been vacuumed as I found toenails all over the floor, there is a large business building across the street that generates an incredible amount of noise, which made it completely impossible to open a window or balcony door. The rooms are outdated and stuff is broken. The curtains were ripped, the desk lamp was broken. There is no way to regulate the temperature in your room, and the air-conditioning buzzes all night. No way to turn it off. I had an issue with very loud, drunk people in the room next door who kept slamming doors in the evening and throughout the night, and raised my concern with the staff. They never responded to that issue. Overall my stay was incredibly disappointing and I won't be staying here again. It ruined my sleep completely and as I had long haul flight the next day, the night wasn't ideal.
