Habe vor dem Check-in angefragt für ein Late-Checkout um 13 Uhr für 20 $, das aber wegen High Occupancy umgehend abgelehnt wurde.
Trotzdem erhielt ich am Abend nach dem Check-in eine Mail wo mir wieder ein Late-Checkout angeboten wurde. Dieses war jedoch dann auf der Seite wo ich hingeleitet wurde gar nicht anwählbar. Also einfach verlorene Zeit!
La ubicación es optima y el hotel tiene buenos servicios ya se nota el paso de los años pero se conserva. La piscina es una opción muy a tener en cuenta en un entorno urbano. El servicio de valet también es muy bueno.
El aire acondicionado muy frio y sin posibilidad de regulación, pero nos ayudaron a resolver esta circunstancia.
We stayed here for two nights only but it was a great stay!! Staff at the reception was friendly and welcoming.. location perfect for briefly visiting Calgary, room was huge with all the amenities needed, there was a mini fridge too and in the toilet they offered mini Dove conditioner, shampoo and lotion which was really nice compared to what you get at other hotels. It was also clean and quiet. Staff cleaning the rooms was friendly too and always greeted us.. I absolutely recommend them as they had also the best price compared to others.
Nice hotel rooms clean and well stocked
It’s in a business district which is fine, but the homeless (drugs) are all around. They don’t bother you and it’s a national issue I gather. Just sad to see

the location is great and staff is attentive.
the AC stopped working and it made it very difficult to sleep. Maintenance looked at it, confirmed that it was not working and that he would inform receptionists to transfer us. But he didn’t confirm it with them so we had to go inform the receptionists to transfer us. the new room we got had its own issues from stained bed sheets to the door knob being extremely heavy and difficult to get into the room. I did inform the reception area of the dirty sheets but unfortunately it was very late at night and we were too tired to wait for new sheets.This is my second stay here but unfortunately the dirty bed sheets at an “upgraded” room is kind of making it difficult to come back here.
The location was great.
The AC was broken, couldn't sleep due to the heat, booked a jacuzzi king room but could not use due to it being so hot in the room. Had to argue with hotel staff to get room changed and was only slightly better. Rooms were not well maintained, very old and dingy with broken light fixtures. Valet parking staff were rude. Key cards failed to work half way through stay. Was lied to about room availability when we asked to switch, then another hotel staff said there others were available when we were first told they were fully booked. Fridge didn't work.

The door cards were not working at 9am on the last morning; even though we'd kept them away from our phones & electronic equipment.
