Very short stay, comfortable and roomy

Cons:

All was ok, though I am a member of Wyndham and not available to book when I was arranging my Holiday.

If it was not for the location, everything else was substandard.
Pros:

Location was great. 1 block to free city train and many walkway joined retail shops

Cons:

Communication very poor between different operating areas. I.e. reception and cleaning. Despite personally requesting room service, the outcome as no room cleaning. Final bill was different from Booking.Com confirmation.

Locarion, walkinf distance to what we wanted to see/do while in town. Easy check in and out

Cons:

Bathroom didnt have a good exhaust fan.
Cheap old windows. Can be noisy at times. Paid valet, service was good, just wish they had a lot i could park myself

I arrived late at the hotel tired after they lost my suitcase at the airport. I checked in, happy that I would sleep .. I didn't even get into the room properly when someone knocked on the door very loudly. I went out and in the room in front there were more than 6 young people who came out and spoke very badly to me, they were under the influence of alcohol. Several people came out of the rooms as if they had knocked on their door. I went to the reception, a very nice lady, she changed my room and I could sleep peacefully. The hotel should invest more in it is very old. And something else, they stopped my $100 deposit and even now after 5 days the money still hasn't come in. Good day, think carefully before booking this hotel on the weekend, you only see many young people under the influence of alcohol who gather in the room several times and party. which is very sad!

Pros:

The staff were super friendly, from the front desk, to the valet parking.

Cons:

This place has seen better days. The carpets in the rooms and hallways are dirty. The decor is stuck in the 90s and the beds are sagging. We are able to hear all the noise from the street and the hallways, it was not a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Hotel was old so room features were not modern. Had to take allergy meds due to the smell and air in the room. Room had really thin walls so door banging and other room’s noise was really loud. Didnt really get to rest at all

Great location but noise is an issue.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location.

Cons:

The noise at night was awful. I probable slept 30 mins. Between people in the hallway and noise on the streets, it was not restful.
