disappointing breakfast and very poor housekeeping service.
Pros:

The hotel was in a convenient location and the room itself was comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options and poor. The biggest issue was housekeeping. During our four-day stay, no one came to clean our room. We asked about it, but were simply told that the cleaning staff had already left for the day. No alternative or solution was offered. Overall, the housekeeping service was very poor and definitely affected our experience.
