A superb Hotel in a quiet relaxed location.
Pros:

The location was excellent directly opposite the beach and the beach road was very quiet with hardly any traffic. The Hotel is really new and the rooms are really well designed with great sea views and plenty of space. Breakfast were great and the pool was nice and quiet. Cha am beach is a quiet, relaxed and safe place with very little traffic. We hired a scooter to get to the local Sauna each day and out to the local bars in the evenings.

Cons:

The bed was a little hard.

Pros:

Clean and nice little hotel right by the beach with great pool for big and small guests. Sunrise view from the breakfast restaurant. Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Free parking on site. Free wheelchair to borrow. Quiet area with beautiful views.
Unfortunately the restaurant was infested by mosquitoes so we couldn't realy relax and enjoy the food. The dinner we had once was very tasty. Breakfast is top for Asian food lovers but if you look for a European or American option then there is barely anything for you to choose.
We would surely go back though.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is beautiful and when getting up early you can enjoy a breakfast with sunrise. The pools are big and nice for children. Wifi was top.

Cons:

The restaurant was infested with mosquitoes we couldn't enjoy our breakfasts and the dinner there it was extremely unpleasant.
The breakfast options for non-asians are very small.
Tv didn't work well, no channels for kids, bad connection and slowly.

Le bruit dans les couloirs le samedi soir, bruit de chien également dehors.
L'air conditionné à régler et le petit déjeuner moyen .

Perfect and reasonably priced
Pros:

Spot on for comfort, cleanliness, buffet breakfast, and pools. It's difficult to fault this place. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The location is ideal, too. I will definitely stay here again.
