Location was superb. It has direct link to a shopping mall with plenty of restaurants. No need to go out.
Other amenities/supplies (e.g. Towels, Robe, Slippers, etc.) are always short in quantity than required. Only 1 or 2 provided for a room of 3-pax.

We got an unexpected upgrade! The room was absolutely beautiful.

The location is perfect right next to terminal 3. At the check in I was greeted by the duty manager Mr Jeff he went above and beyond for us, nothing was to much trouble I explained my flight wasn’t till 9pm the next evening and he offered me late checkout free of charge he also upgraded my room and included breakfast. He made our stay extremely comfortable I would not hesitate to book there again anytime I’m in Manila.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The jetted pool was soothing, and my family loved it! It was a wonderful bonding experience. The place is a good choice if you’re traveling, given its proximity to the airport. You also have the option to dine in a restaurant, enjoy a buffet, or grab fast food — whatever you prefer. The room was comfortable, with a table ready for business or online collaboration. Overall, it was a great stay. I’d love to explore other rooms next time!
I’m still old‑fashioned — I love having a bidet in the toilet, and I’m not quite into washlets yet, though my loved ones enjoy them.

The staff and facilities.. especially the pool..

The property is conveniently located right next to the international terminal, making it an ideal choice for a short layover. Its direct connection to Newport Mall was an added bonus, providing easy access to a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options without having to venture far.
One downside was a noticeable musty smell in both the hallways and the room, which may be due to the age of the property. The soundproofing could also be improved, as noise from neighbouring rooms was quite noticeable at times, including conversations. Additionally, whenever nearby room doors opened or closed, the sound and vibration were significant enough that it often felt as though my own room door was being opened, which could be a little unsettling.
