Todo genial
No me gusto el ruido que hace el aire acondicionado para calentar/enfriar habitación.
I stayed here for two weeks while doing a language training course in Florence. From check in to departure the staff were all super friendly and helpful. Room was a great size and I appreciated the housekeeping service that promptly refreshed the room in the morning and did turn down in the evening as well. Breakfast was great - good choices of hot and cold food, fruit, yoghurts, juices etc. I also had the chance to try the lunchtime and evening menus as well and and the overall quality of food in the restaurant was consistently at a high standard. Literally a 3 or 4 minute walk to the Duomo, it couldnt be better located for everything central. A wonderful experience from beginning to end.
Maybe if there was a roomier bar area where you could just have a drink but honestly there is nothing much I can think of here. It was such a great experience all round.
Location was perfect. Decor is stunning. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them and they even helped provide and book restaurant recommendations. The bed was super comfortable too.
We had a room overlooking the square and it sounded like nightlife is very active in the area! A few nights we could hear music and people enjoying themselves into the early hours of the morning. But it didn’t hinder our stay.
The room size was really small for the price and the window looked in a small dark courtyard .
For one thousand euro a night in September which is not peak season I would have expected something much nicer
Otel ve odalar çok şıktı. Konum muhteşemdi. Pencerelerin ses izolasyonu çok iyiydi. Şehrin en kalabalık bölgesinde ama pencere kapanınca hiç ses yoktu. Kahvaltı salonu ve kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Günde 2 temizlik, odaya bırakılan yeterli miktarda sular, çikolatalar gayet iyiydi.
Çift kişilik yatak için 2 tek kişilik yatak birleştirilmiş. Yatağın ortası biraz sıkıntılı idi ama çok da önemli değil.
Breakfast was great , fairly normal fare self service with eggs cooked to liking but in a fantastic setting
Spa was fabulous , staff were fabulous, architecture, decorations and terrazzo tiled floors all fabulous
