Beware of Hidden Fees!
Pros:

Easy freeway access. Beautiful big trees near building. Safe to walk outside.

Cons:

They charged an additional $10 parking fee not mentioned in original price. Lots of parking space so this was unnecessary - this was a hidden fee that should have been included to original price. Not a good deal!
