Affordable option for the night
Pros:

The hotel had a modern appearance inside. Two fast elevators. Hotel is walking distance to several food places and shops. Nearby train tracks didn't bother me much at all. The bed was comfortable. The view from the window was nothing special as it overlooked the parking lot.

Cons:

The breakfast area was very small, very limited food options. Eggs and sausages were always stocked full, but fruit bowl and milk jag were always empty. There were nowhere near enough tables and chairs to be able to sit down and eat. One time I had to stand by the trash can and eat, several times I had to take it to my room (which is not allowed) because I didn't even have anywhere to stand with my plate.
Room felt very humid all the time. Floors were very dirty, my white socks turned black within 5 mins. There was mold and hair on shower walls, hairs in towels, microwave was dirty inside. The water pressure in the sink was like a little trickle. The walls are very thin and there are gaps around the door when it is shut so that you hear everything that is going on in the hall like if they are in your room. This made it very hard to sleep in with housekeepers pushing carts and slamming doors, and people going back and forth.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean. And the staff were welcoming, especially the lady during our check in. My kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast as well. Location was close proximity to shopping and food.

Cons:

Our bathtub wouldn’t plug for a bathtub and the paint was peeling in the bathtub.

I was given a mildew smelling room with a defective smoke detector. I was given a different room, but housekeeping left my door unsecured after cleaning. Resulting in an increase risk for left and loss of valuables.

Cons:

The first night Room had so much condensation that the walls got wet, my dress got damp from hanging up and some of my meds dissolved. Was provided a humidifier the remainder of my stay. Also, WiFi not good and need better tv channels which made my rainy day not good. Shower flow and pressure was horrible.

Overall, it was a great stay
Pros:

The room was very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. The shower head was amazing! I’ve never felt so clean.

I was expecting the pool to be bigger from the pictures online.

Pros:

At night, there was coffee & hot cocoa available for free at the breakfast area. The Assistant there was Maite and was helpful, courteous & spoke spanish for our convenience. Beds were comfy & A/C Unit worked perfectly cool. Like breakfast was included on the rate. Waffles & syrup were great! Nice indoor pool & lots of towels. General cleaning & appearance was good. Liked info available about the Parks & tourism magazines. Great location. Thank you for the free parking.

Cons:

The small coffee maker in the room was not working. We returned it at the front desk but there was not one available. One pillowcase was dirty but a cleaned one was given at the Front desk. One wall next to the bed had a gray stain in circles which appear like mold. Also part of the bathroom ceiling painting was falling apart & looked careless maintenance. These last 2 issues may be fixed with a quick refresh painting. Breakfast was Ok & decent but I prefer fresh brew coffee instead of machine coffee. I have had coffee from Nestle machines and they are real good.
