Poor and disappointing
Pros:

The room was very dirty . The bathroom had so much dirt and grime on the shower walls we went to the store and got cleaning supplies . Totally unacceptable

Convenient location. The morning staff was helpful.

Cons:

I booked 3 rooms for our stay. 2 out of 3 rooms were in unacceptable condition. One had the carpet completely soaked with water and the worst mildew smell. The bathtub had hair all over it and the bottom was peeling paint.

The other room the bathtub again was covered in hair.

Poor conditions and the night staff was unfriendly and more concerned with whatever they were listening to on their air pods. They didn’t give us the information about breakfast and clearly didn’t want to be there.

Most uncomfortable stay, rooms not clean

The location was great. Near a lot of restaurants and stores.

Cons:

The property had an odor as soon as you walk into the vestibule area. The rooms were not clean at all, mold in the tub, hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub, stains on the bedding. We were eventually switched to another room and that room was dirty as well. Luckily, we only were staying for one night.

Pros:

Close to the places we wanted to go. The beds were fairly comfortable. The staff was nice

Cons:

The breakfast was not good at all. The room we had was very close to loud train tracks. The curtains didn't shut and there was a light shining in all night. The air unit had mold in it. The room smelled musty. The shower curtain was failing down.
