Top dollar price, mid range service at best.

The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment and of course they fail to mention this when you book a room. On the good side our room was in excellent condition, although lacking a table/desk. On the bad side all breakfasts had to be delivered to the room - this would have been okay if there was a table, but having to eat a full English sitting perched on the sofa was not what we had expected from a four star hotel. The reception was woefully under-staffed, with just one receptionist on duty when we checked in. It was chaotic and they had lost record of the extras we had booked. Nine hours later when we came back from an evening out, the same receptionist was still dutifully manning reception with no assistance. For the price charged this wasn't a great experience.

Pros:

Too expensive for one night overnight for family and I guess this is usual for this area.
Everything else was fine, location is very good, room was clean and etc

All the staff were polite,respectful, friendly and helpful. I could not fault the service and all the employees..
Pros:

The interior was well maintained, nice and clean. The room I stayed in was spacious enough as I disabled and have to use crutches to walk around.
