Anfangs war die Rede von einem kleinen Gratis-Frühstück in der Lounge (die angebotenen Früchte und Brote kann man nicht Frühstück nennen). Dann wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir die Möglichkeit haben, gegen Aufpreis Frühstück ins Zimmer zu bestellen, dies war dann aber plötzlich doch nicht mehr möglich.

The hotel name on the signage is Bond Street Hotel, I wasn't sure until I saw a small flag that I was at the Radisson. There was a nose snot wiped on the side of the closet that wasn't cleaned off before I arrived. I was happy to be leaving early on Monday morning because construction noise started on the other half of the hotel building.

I genuinely regret staying here and wish I had booked somewhere else. The hotel was simply average at best, with nothing that stood out positively. The rooms, food, and overall experience were disappointing, especially considering the price and expectations.

One of the biggest issues was the lack of basic hospitality support. There was no concierge or porter to assist with luggage, and there were no clear signs or directions to help guests find their rooms, so you are largely left to figure things out on your own.

The restaurant was under renovation during my stay, which meant breakfast was not served in a proper dining setting. Instead, guests had to complete forms in advance to choose from a very limited breakfast menu, which was then delivered to the room. The selection was extremely poor and repetitive. There were no fruits, pancakes, pastries, or proper continental options. Mostly just toast, eggs, sausages, baked beans, and a hot drink. Very underwhelming.

To be fair, the staff did allow me an early check in, which I genuinely appreciated. However, the rest of the stay quickly declined from there. At one point, one of the ceiling vents in my room literally fell out, and there was no maintenance available to fix it, so I had to change rooms. The replacement room then had a faulty intercom, meaning every time I needed assistance or had a question, I had to physically go downstairs to reception.

Overall, the experience felt poorly managed, inconvenient, and far below what I expected. I was honestly relieved when it was time to leave.

Air conditioning did not work in the first room but staff responded very quickly and changed me to a different room. Full marks to staff.

The service was very poor. The staff were not properly trained and were unhelpful throughout the stay. There were ongoing repair and maintenance works in the hotel, and the management did not take guests’ comfort or convenience into consideration. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations.
Every time you walk up to the room and you come back, you need an access really it was a very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very bad experience

Windows didn;t closem noise fromt he street kept me up all hours and I was level 5

Room a bit small, but good for us for one night

No prior notice about renovation for the restaurant. Not alternative suggestions for recommended restaurant for breakfast. Missing ironing board from room and AC unit making grinding noise throughout the night.
