Great location.
Hotel was under construction and nothing was disclosed about it.
They had no proper area to work. Only one plug near reception desk. We were 10 people looking for a place to work. Rooms have no desks.
TV channels suck.
The hotel rooms are uneven in shape as the building is kind of a triangle shape. They assigned a very small room. Had to complain and got a little larger room.
We had a wonderful stay as a family of three in a Junior Suite. The location could not be better—situated right in the heart of Oxford Street and directly opposite the Bond Street tube station, making getting around London effortless.
Our suite was wide, spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, with high-quality bathroom amenities that added a lovely touch of luxury. Breakfast every morning was delicious with plenty of variety. Above all, what truly made our trip memorable was the exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive staff. We thank them for their hospitality. Special thanks to Jerian for the warm welcome upon our arrival and for seeing us off so kindly when we left.
We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.
Although the reception was very accommodating and provided extra pillows as requested, they were quite thin. Offering firmer or more comfortable pillow options would be a great improvement.

Shortage of facilities...
Despite the disappointing renovation, service entrance, tiny service elevator, and lack of luggage assistance, the highlight of our stay was Qassem from Lebanon. He was exceptionally helpful with our luggage, check-in and check-out, and even responded to our calls outside working hours. Truly outstanding service.
Housekeeping was only available in the morning, with no evening service. We had to use a very small service elevator and a tiny side service entrance that was under renovation. There was no lobby, no luggage assistance, and the hotel was extremely understaffed. The reception desk was actually located inside the restaurant where hotel guests had breakfast.

It is under some maintenance. Also our last night the fire alarm rang 3 times in the middle of the night. It was a bit uncomfortable

Extremely small cramped rooms, issues with keycard, renovations happening, electrical sockets not working, billing issues, the list goes on. Definetly not worth the price and renovations should have been stated, it’s very inconvenient
