Great location and room was clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly.
Some decor in communal areas were a bit outdated and the gym was out of service, but these were minor. Overall a great hotel.
The location was excellent with many travel options on the doorstep. All of the staff I interacted with were helpful and friendly and the lady who checked me in was wonderful (I unfortunately didn't get her name) and super friendly!
I arrived at about 9:30 am and the room was ready for me to check straight in which was a very welcome surprise!
Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

The staff in the restaurant/cafe were excellent
The room was a delight. Two levels, clean, comfortable and mostly quite enough. In room hot drinks and snacks and the staff were polite and helpful, even when there was confusion about our breakfasts. Also very well placed for lots of convenient shops and restaurants.
Unfortunately, our room was just outside the local pub which is loud, but not into the night. Also it appeared that the level we were on, rooms were being renovated, not ideal, a minor irritation.

Staff was attentive, upbeat, and friendly. Room was spacious and clean and freshened up regularly. Did a great job accommodating our request for early arrival.
No seating in the lobby and it took several attempts to get Door keys that worked on our room.
Work noise in the corridor in the morning.
