Rewelacyjna obsługa w recepcji i restauracji. Staff sprzątający i techniczny na korytarzach super miły, z uśmiechem. Bardzo wygodne łóżka i czystość bez zarzutow. Smacznego i duże śniadania.

Pros:

Staff were brilliant, especially on reception, they even helped us weigh bags so we could repack to avoid charges at airport. Lovely spotless hotel in a great location

The noise of the underground broke my sleep pattern and unfortunately the area is now full of homeless which made a bit uncomfortable the arrival

Overall enjoyed the stay, but I wished I had asked for another room

Location was great and the bed was comfortable

Cons:

The toilet flush did not work properly and it was continually running water. After reporting it, they did send someone to fix it, but it was still temperamental and still running water all night. We did ask for it to be looked at again but I was made to feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about.
