What a great experience. We had let the hotel know it was our granddaughters birthday. From the moment we checked in we were thoroughly looked after. All the staff made our granddaughters stay one that she will never forget.
Particular thanks to Barbara who went the extra mile. All the team were very friendly. We will be talking about this trip for a long time. Many thanks!
The staff were lovely, hotel was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent

The staff were amazing, especially Barbara on the reception who paid extra special detail when checking us in as it was my grandaughters Birthday and she recalled her name when booking us in. The staff made a fuss of her and in our room were balloons, a number 8 on her bed made of petals and complimentary drinks and a birthday cake. It was an amazing stay from start to finish and this was due to the attention to detail and the way the staff made my granddaughters stay so special. When we returned to our room after a trip out in the day she had a goodie bag with sweets and treats and a teddy bear which was amazing.
We were given complimentary breakfasts also which were amazing.
What an amazing stay, we would highly recommend, and we will definately come back. Our granddaughter is already asking when she can come back again !

Bathrooms were very dirty- urine on the seat and a stained towel. Toilet was so badly positioned I had to sit sideways on it to fit my legs on.

Die Regendusche war nicht nutzbar. Auch die normale Dusche funktionierte nur eingeschränkt: Der Wasserstrahl war sehr schwach, und die Wassertemperatur bzw. der Wasserfluss liessen sich nur schwer oder gar nicht einstellen.
Fantastic location, very short walk from main train station. Room was a great size for our family.
Air-conditioning struggled so was quite uncomfortable sleeping.
