Having hospital appointment I felt I was treated with such kindness and staff all lovely.
Pros:

Breakfast gorgeous. If I ever have to have another appointment at the hospital I would certainly stay with you again.

A great hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast, but book a premium room to get acceptable space!
Pros:

Staff are exceptionally polite and welcoming. Breakfast is great and the beds are comfortable.

Great stay - will book again
Pros:

Great central location with Tesco & Lidl next door and underground station also a few steps away. Spacious room with coffee machine & spotlessly clean. Friendly, supportive & efficient staff. I also liked the fact that I was able to open the windows & let fresh air into the room instead of using the air-conditioning.

Cons:

Loud street noise but that's not the hotel's fault. It's the takeaway & pub across the street. It was quieter on Sunday

Good location, 10 steps from metro, supermarket Lidl, and other shops. Very clean bed sheets!!! This moment is very important for me! Good breakfast!!! All service was very good!!!

Cons:

Guys, pls, change the carpet in room 504. This is terrible 😞The coils on the carpet are just disgusting.
