המיקום במרכז של סוהו היה נהדר וקרוב לכל אטרקציה שרצינו.
בהגעתנו קיבלנו חדר ובו מיטה אחת ולא שתי מיטות נפרדות כפי שהזמנו.
לכן קיבלנו חרד קטן יותר ובו שתי מיטות נפרדות (אחת לי ואחת לילדתי בת ה-16), אך בחדר קטן בהרבה מהחדר הקודם.
לא היה ניתן להחליף בהמשך לחדר בגדול שהזמנו מאחר וכל החדרים היו תפיסים לדבריהם
Location, cleanliness, friendly staff.
Comfy beds and quality bed linen .
No information about anything .ie how to operate the coffee machine or the safe , in the room . The safe was faulty and had to be replaced . I requested a quiet room if possible . The receptionist , although lovely , gave us room 701 which was next door to some sort of boiler / generator, not so quiet.
Poor selection of chopped fruit at breakfast .. mainly melon .
The location , the reception staff were friendly and efficient.

Only one lift which was small, can take a while to get to room at busy times.
Fans were noisy, could hear them from other rooms whilst trying to sleep.

We hadden een aantrekkelijke deal, dus prijs/kwaliteitverhouding was goed. Locatie was geweldig, bijna alles was op loopafstand met onze geplande activiteiten. Heerlijke schone, comfortabele bedden en fijn dat er een bad was.
De badkamer was helaas deels verouderd. De kitranden moeten worden vervangen en er zitten oude lekkageplekken op het plafond. Daarnaast lekte de douchekraan aan de zijkant, was de straal zwak en kregen we geen continu warm water. Tot slot ontbrak er een gordijn, waardoor er 's ochtends vroeg veel licht de slaapkamer in scheen.

the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well
leaky ceiling, man came to ‘fix’ it, he came very quickly but just said that it will completely stop soon, however it didn’t as in the middle of the night we were woken by the dripping once again, his temporary solution was to put a towel in the corner where the dripping was however the noise of the drips were quite annoying and because it was in the middle of the night we weren’t in the state to go to reception once again
