The staff is delightful, helpful, and responsive to every question and request. The bed is very comfortable, and the room is clean.
I stayed in a single room; aside from the fact that it was extremely small—especially considering the price—the elevators didn't stop at my floor, so I often had to use the stairs. The soap and shampoo dispensers are difficult to use.

The location was amazing. Richard and the team covering the night shift were outstanding. I arrive agitated as I left my handbag in the London Cab and Richard was amazing calming me down saying the cabbie will return it to you and he did. Staff were amazing.
