Reception arranged a taxi for me and stayed with me until taxi arrived. Then he opened the taxi door for me. Staff very welxoming.
The price is rather costly for 1 night.

The entrance was nice
The room smelt of damp, the teabags were in a draw that smelt fousty and made the teabags tasted awful. Stains on the carpet, wet cloth left on the table. The shower tray had marks and not very well put together as can see it’s wonky. The under neath of the sink wasn’t put together properly. They say it’s 4* but our room didn’t show it. We were only staying for one night but we thought we’d go a little luxury for that one night and treated ourselves. Spent £210 for two of us and we could have got better at a premier inn or travel lodge for cheaper. Really disappointed!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but comfortable.The location is central to the west end, soho, shopping and all main attractions. Everywhere was walkable from the hotel. Would book this hotel again

Lovely lady on reception who went out of her way to ensure out room was ready by normal check in time because the early check in we had requested was not available, despite being re-confirmed the day before arrival. Beds were ridiculously comfortable.
An early check in was requested - off the back of an offer, and also re-confirmed the day before arrival when the hotel called me, also checking what time we planned to arrive. Unfortunately when we arrived at stated time the room was not ready and ended up only just being ready at the normal check in time thanks to the amazing lady on reception who went to sort it out herself. A huge credit to the hotel but something she should not have had to do.

Very small rooms. Double bed but against wall on one side in two of the rooms.. Difficult to get to window to open curtains. Minimal room between end of bed and desk so difficult to open doors to fridge and get to kettle Light switch and socket plates fell off when in use, shower door wouldn't shut. Appeared to be only be one small customer. lift accommodating maximum of 4 people and luggage meaning lengthy waits. Also only one tea/coffee machine in dining room for breakfast resulting in queues and long waits.
