Cons:

I was in room 206, that is between two floors in the staircase, with a window on the venting system. There was constant noise coming from above the room day and night. Really unpleasant.

My name is phksurang chaiharn now i am stay in room 211, I am currently in the room, and unfortunately, the air conditioning is not functioning. I have attempted to contact reception to request assistance, but I am still waiting as nobody has arrived yet. This is quite perplexing.

The hotel provided subpar service, particularly the night manager named “Ola“ who displayed rudeness. Upon check-in, I was not properly informed of important details. After calling the manager, I was instructed to send someone to my room. Despite waiting for an extended period, I eventually had to approach the reception counter myself. The manager did not offer an apology but simply stated that there were no available rooms for the night. Additionally, he mentioned a 50% refund, which I find to be inadequate considering the lack of air conditioning in the room during a hot season. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I am requesting a full refund of 100%!!!!

odada bırakın bavulu koyacak yer kımıldayacak yer yok. Duvara bakıyor. yerler eski ahşap üstünü kaplamışlar. ama sürekli ses yapıyor.Ayrıca yukarıdan sürekli ahşap sesi geliyor. Koca otelde 1 asansör var o da kaplumbağadan hallice. yürüyerek çıksan daha hızlı. yani her şey çok kötü. adına aldanıp gitmeyin. Londrada kaldığım en kötü oteldi:(Hiç adına yakışır bir otel değil. Personel günaydın bile demiyor

Onderhoud gedurende de nacht
Pros:

Top prijs-kwaliteitverhouding op een A-locatie.
De bedden lagen lekker en het rook er fris.

Cons:

Tijdens onze eerste nacht werd er onderhoud gepleegd aan het dak/afzuigkap van het restaurant, precies naast ons raam. Dit duurde van 00:30 tot 03:30… Naast het lawaai van het onderhoud, praatte ze enorm hard. Op het moment dat ze ‘unwritten’ van Natasha Beddingfield gingen zingen (ca. 01:30 uur), had ik er genoeg van en ben ik naar de receptie gegaan. Zij zouden er iets aan doen, maar op ietsjes zachter praten na, gebeurde er niks aan het lawaai. De volgende dag en bij het uitchecken hebben we ook niks meer van de receptie gehoord. Echt teleurstellend!
Ook vervelend dat je een kamer (natuurlijk met een reden) met twee aparte bedden boekt, en ze deze tot de check-in niet kunnen garanderen. Het is goedgekomen, maar dat vond ik wel erg stressvol.

Cons:

Med 30 grader og ingen fungerende aircondition på rommet ble det noen ubehagelig netter. En del støy fra vareleveranser til nabobygg.
