Great location. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Doesn’t have true/ducted air conditioning. Has a unit that runs through the window. Exceptionally loud and difficult to sleep with at night.

They double charged me for my stay. I still haven’t been able to resolve the issue. This is proving to be very stressful, unnecessarily.
Also, the first night we spent in a room with a makeshift AC for which the French window to the balcony on G+1 floor had to be kept open, compromising security for my family in a city no longer considered safe. From second night onwards they gave us a room with a working central air conditioner.

Twin beds were so small they could’ve been together squashed up against each other no plugs beside the bedside locker so you couldn’t charge your phone by the bed nowhere conditioning only a unit which was so noisy

Comfortable, welcoming and very well run.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful from the onset of arriving. Location was amazing as we were going to an all day event at Hyde Park. Breakfast was beautiful, with a great choice of food. Room was comfortable with air conditioning which was needed as boiling hot outside.

The location. Close to Hyde Park for the event we attended. Close to tube station. Air conditioning was great! Room was clean. Mini fridge was handy.
