I only liked the staff.
There was no hot wqter. I paid for a king size room for 2 people and i got a tiny room. I have been going to this hotel for the past 20 years and this is the first time I think i won’t stay there again
Location was fantastic for what we were doing.
Mix up with Booking.com made this seem expensive, Disappointing
I was extremely upset and disappointed, especially after a long journey. Upon check-in, the staff member asked me to cancel my Booking.com reservation, assuring me that she would book the same room directly at a lower rate and that Booking.com would waive the cancellation fee. I followed her instructions, but just one minute later, the hotel became sold out and she could no longer provide me with a room. Her colleague then denied what had happened and refused to take responsibility. I was left without a room and had to find another hotel after a long and exhausting trip.
Great location, felt very peaceful, located just few steps away from busy Oxford street.

They over booked rooms which meant, after travelling for 2 hours to get to the hotel I was told there was no space for me. They made no attempt to contact me beforehand to notify me. The reception staff found the situation funny and laughed whilst telling me that I could “stay in their sister hotel”, in Excel, over an hour cab away (which i ended up doing). They paid for the cab and the Excel hotel stay were friendly but I would never stay at the Marble Arch hotel again

Location was incredible and close to the car park.
Some old stained carpets, a breakfast tray was left outside a room, there at check in and almost 24 hours later, it was still there. Room keys locked us out of our room 1 hour earlier than it should. And restaurant mixed up the cooking of mine and my partners steaks.

Staff allowed us to checkin before 3pm, which was an added bonus! Perfect room for 3 guests and comfortable beds. Good breakfast selection.
