A fantastic break, which exceeded expectations.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. We were unexpectedly given a room upgrade, which was fantastic - free drinks vouchers upon arrival, whilst our room was prepared - and free breakfast.

Cons:

Great staff, clean and comfortable room, fantastic location for The Royal Albert Hall - and easy tube access.

Poor standard of rooms especially as paid upgrade for superior room rather than standard. No plug socket near bed, have cpap machine that I couldn't plug in and hotel could not provide me with an extention lead so had to go and purchase one from local shop.

Pros:

Hotellet har meget god beliggenhet. Hadde et rom som var enda mindre enn varslet, men gikk greit ettersom det ble tilbrakt lite tid på rommet. Renholdet var bra og betjeningen hyggelig. Beliggenheten er førsteklasses.

Rommet var veldig lite, bare såvidt man fikk opp døren. Men det var ikke noe stort problem.

A huge thank you to Tanvi at reception
Our original reservation elsewhere was cancelled at the last minute, and within an hour we had booked the Radisson Blu in South Kensington through Booking.com. We arrived feeling stressed and uncertain, only to learn that the rooms we had hoped for were unavailable.
Tanvi was wonderful. She immediately made sure we had rooms for the night and reassured us that she would speak with her manager in the morning about finding the rooms we wanted. When we returned to reception the next day, she was just as kind and welcoming—and she changed our rooms for us.
Throughout our stay, Tanvi was responsive, understanding, friendly and genuinely helpful. A clean, comfortable room matters, but it is people like her who make you want to return. She turned a difficult start to our trip into an experience we will remember with gratitude.
Thank you so much, Tanvi. You are truly exceptional, and the hotel is lucky to have you.

Good location and breakfast. Terrible quality of room.

Location was great for the activities we were doing this weekend Good breakfast..

Cons:

Started off poor with a long check in process as could not find all of our booking, glad I had printed confirmation email. Asked for our 3 rooms to be close together. They were on 3 different floors in the 5 story hotel. We booked 2 Premier rooms and1 standard. One of our rooms was upgraded to Premier Deluxe. Premier room was smaller than standard and really could not see what we were getting for the extra money. Not sure when it was last cleaned but there was debris under the window. Have stayed in a number of hotels in London and I would have to stay this was probably the worst 4 star room I have stayed in.
