Pros:

Location was good for the museums and the Royal Albert Hall.
Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room was very hot and the air conditioning unit was not effective.
We eventually were able to move rooms.
Rooms were very expensive for this inconvenience.

Suited its needs for a night.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and found the nespresso machine. Location ideal. Breakfast was really nice!

Cons:

Room was dated but in assume clean. Didn’t realise there was a deposit to pay (I was able to and didn’t lose it but was awkward on arrival).
