La ubicación, zona muy linda, cerca de una estación de metro y de Hyde Park
Parecía ser un edificio muy antiguo, aunque lo tienen conservado, sería bueno que lo actualizaran un poco más
Staff were attentive, location was perfect for the Royal Albert Hall , Gloucester Road tube and area and the breakfast was a good standard.
The rooms are a little tired and dated Comfortable and clean, but not great.
El hotel tiene una ubicación estupenda, cerca de dos estaciones de metro, de los museos y del parque. A su alrededor hay cafeterías, restaurantes y supermercados, está a unos 15-20 min caminando de Harrods. Una calle con vida, pero tranquila, por la noche no se oye tráfico. El personal es muy amable.

The infrastructural degeneration of this hotel is sad to see. It was once my go to hotel for personal trips to London, but based on deterioration in last couple of years that will not be the case in future.
Localisation, personnel vraiment aux petits soins
Airco un peu bruyant dans la chambre 440. Si vous avez à la maison un lit de 180 cm de large, ne prenez pas un lit de 140 cm à moins d’être follement amoureux ou d’être de petite taille. La literie était toutefois comfortable ainsi que les oreillers mais cela n’a pas empêché un pogo nocturne. Nous prendrons lors de notre prochain séjour une literie un peu plus grande ;)
Location and facilities within the hotel
Our room had a funny smell, but was spacious enough and well equipped. Carpet looked like it was due for a replacement in places.
The breakfast was exceptional quality.
