Pros:

Chambre trés bien equipée lit top cinfort, la petite cour qui donne sur la chambre trés pratique et agréable. Petit dejeuner varié et de tres bonnz qualité. Le personnel est tred agreable et accueillant

Čudovito enodnevno bivanje in nepozabno doživetje Kopra. Vse je bilo dovršeno, zato obisk z veseljem
Pros:

Zelo lep, čist in butično zasnovan hotel, ki je estetsko ter stilsko dovršen. Osebje je bilo izjemno prijazno in ustrežljivo, zajtrk pa čudovit. Potovala sva z motorjem in v hotelu prenočila eno noč. Brez težav so nama zagotovili prostor, kamor sva lahko med čakanjem na sobo varno odložila vso motoristično opremo.

De kamer was zeer mooi en proper. Vriendelijk personeel..

Cons:

Het enige jammere was dat we geen fietsen binnen of afgeschermd konden zetten... fietsen huren voor 3 dagen kon dus ook niet, omdat ze vd verhuurmaatschappij binnen moeten staan

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem, hilfsbereitem Personal

Cons:

Leider keine Möglichkeit, Fahrräder in einem geschlossenen Raum einzustellen. Laden von E-Bike, bei dem man den Akku nicht herausnehmen kann, war nicht möglich! Ich musste mit halbvollem Akku weiterfahren.

Our stay at Hotel Veneciana was far from acceptable. Although I booked via Booking.com, we were assigned a room in the basement that looked nothing like the photos online. The room smelled strongly of mold and dampness, which they attempted to mask with artificial scents. It was dirty, and there was even a dead lizard on the small, 2x2m patio.

​As my son and I are both over 200cm tall, the 190cm double bed with a footboard was completely unusable for us. When we requested a room change, the reception staff was unhelpful and insisted on an additional 60 EUR surcharge to move us. Furthermore, the glass bathroom design felt very inappropriate.

​To make matters worse, we had an early departure at 7:00 AM, and despite checkout being at 10:00 AM, we were told breakfast wasn’t available until 7:30 AM. Consequently, we left without being able to use the breakfast we had paid for. Overall, the reality of this hotel is very different from the online presentation, and we left with a very poor impression.
