Breakfast and evenings outside in the Leicester Square Kitchen. Staff very helpful and friendly. Many thanks to (excuse spelling) Sonia, Adeline, Aga, Sir Haroile and Rokit. Apologies to staff I do not remember the names of.
Perfectly positioned for theatres
Property was in a perfect location, 2 minute walk from Leicester Square train station and plenty around of a night time. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful an hold your bags on the day of checking out if you want to continue exploring London. We travelled as 2 women an felt safe walking round the area of a night time too as it was busy at all times.
The room we were given 110 was right by a cleaning cupboard which was used regularly early hours in the morning. As things were taken out the cupboard which was opposite our door, it disturbed us as things would often fall on our door and make a loud bang. The air conditioning also didn’t seem to work in the hotel room which made it a little difficult to sleep. The hotel is lovely and modern but the rooms are a little dated.

The only thing that let's it down is that the furniture in the room was a little tired.

Blinds weren’t big enough for windows, too much light entered bedroom, TV in stupid sideways to bed position, cracked sink
I thought location was perfect and couldn’t beat how close to everything it is. Libby area and staff at the front desk were really nice and helpful.
I thought the room was really dated. I had a plug socket that had come away from the wall by my bed (room 310). It felt quite ‘cold’ from a decor perspective compared to other hotels I have stayed in. The bathroom was really nice clean and well presented. The main bedroom area wasn’t the same, really needs updating and for the price paid, wasn’t value for money at all compared to similar hotels in the area. I looked last night when I got back and could find some hotels that looked and felt similar standard for much less.
