Coffee machine in room was not working
The location was fantastic. Nothing but positive comments on this. Perfectly positioned in Leicester Square, and ideal for all attractions.
Rooms are a little tired. On check in the receptionist told us they were very busy, and that we had to go into an upgraded room. We had to request a change to this room as it was in very poor condition. They did move us to a room that was much more satisfactory. Still a little tired, but a good size with a superb window view., Unfortunately, it was a dissapointing first impression considering the amount we had paid for the 2 night stay. Also, the whole bar/restaurant was closed to a private party on the Saturday, so we could not use these facilities. All in all, a little disappointing

Strange shaped room. Felt a bit claustrophobic.
The convenience of the location. Staff was very helpful with one exception, the bar.
Bar service. I sat at the lounge after a long day of sightseeing. I was never asked by the bartenders what I wanted to drink. It wasn’t busy at all. One waitress saw I had been sitting there for quite some time and came over from the restaurant area to give me a drink menu. I was walking with a cane & had my swollen knee elevated. Clearly I was having difficulty, she later came back and took my order.

The staff member, Mahdi was exceptionally kind and helpful. Both he and Charuka addressed a personal issue that we had. The location is amazing and the facilities are great.

All great! I have stayed in many of the squares hotels but this one is overall the best, and now will be my choice whenever in the area. Well done for showing the most important aspects of staying in a hotel Hospitality!
