Would not stay again
Pros:

Staff were friendly

Cons:

We had booked a twin bed room. On check in we were informed we were upgraded to a suite but one of the beds was a sofa bed, and quite uncomfortable. The bathroom smelt and did not have a working extractor fan, and the bedroom carpet had awful brown stains on it. One lift was not working and the second sounded like it was going the same way. We climbed 17 flights of stairs!

Great location, go out for breakfast.
Pros:

The location is great. A short walk to the main London theatres and many attractions. Beds are comfortable. It has all that you need.

Cons:

Best go out for Breakfast, to avoid luke warm weak coffee, and a slightly tired cooked buffet on COLD plates, all for £29 per person. You can get better for just about half the price 20 steps from the door.
Bathrooms are small. If you have any mobility issues stepping over the high side of the bath with no grab handle is tricky even if you have placed a bath mat where the door opens.
Only one lift working when we were there.

Pros:

Location

Cons:

Old hotel, old rooms. The worst shower I've ever experienced... simply horrible. Weak water flow and the water is either very hot or very cold. All the equipment in the room is old and creaky. The room is small and resembles a cave from the 70s. Reasonable breakfast and good service. I asked the reception to delay check-out by half an hour... from 12:30 to 13:00, but I was given a categorical refusal. Half an hour for a short shower and a few percent to charge my mobile phone. They refused. Room 121 is on the first floor, and all night there is terrible noise from the street from teenagers or drunks shouting. Impossible to sleep properly. Don't agree to room 121. The location is excellent, but I won't be back in the future. An unpleasant experience.
