Location amazing . Staff polite and attentive
Small bit of confusion with the booking. Had booked a twin room but was give a double bed. However, this was sorted pretty quickly. And we were sent a complimentary bottle of champagne!

The room was dated and I don’t believe it was value for money. The room didn’t look anything like on the photo advertising it.

Our room had no built in airconditioning, we had a portable unit that you had to stick the hose out of the window - it was extremely noisy. For £400 a night as a min you’d expect better temp control
The room was huge, and evetything we needed for myself and my son,the air con was brilliant as it was during the first heat wave and very much needed and our view was of Leicester Square. Perfect for us. Thank you
Probably would say 2 proper beds rather than 1 bed and 1 bed settee..someone always misses out for comfort and for the price, i dont think that is unreasonable.
