Pros:

The location on Leicester Square was perfect ; a bottle of bubbly in the room and free drinks vouchers were a lovely bonus . The staff were all absolutely delightful .

Cons:

The room , although large is a bit dated . The shower struggled with my hair wash .

Great hotel in a great location but it is expensive.
Pros:

Great location and great staff. The room was very comfortable and super quiet despite facing the busy Leicester Square.

Cons:

The price was high. I knew this before I booked and for the floor area of the room I guess the price was pretty much right, but it still felt very expensive.

Pros:

The hotel is nice and modern and the location is great. The rooms with view are spacious and the bed and linen is very comfortable. We had a nice sleep and enjoyed the room overall.

Cons:

We paid more for a room with a view, though there isn't much view from the hotel. We also paid for a cheaper room to stay longer as we had an evening flight and we were put in a room with broken shower and limited ventilation. We were also not told we needed to move rooms until we were paying for the extension so it was disappointing.

The location was fantastic. Nothing but positive comments on this. Perfectly positioned in Leicester Square, and ideal for all attractions.

Cons:

Rooms are a little tired. On check in the receptionist told us they were very busy, and that we had to go into an upgraded room. We had to request a change to this room as it was in very poor condition. They did move us to a room that was much more satisfactory. Still a little tired, but a good size with a superb window view., Unfortunately, it was a dissapointing first impression considering the amount we had paid for the 2 night stay. Also, the whole bar/restaurant was closed to a private party on the Saturday, so we could not use these facilities. All in all, a little disappointing

I would stay again.
Pros:

The convenience of the location. Staff was very helpful with one exception, the bar.

Cons:

Bar service. I sat at the lounge after a long day of sightseeing. I was never asked by the bartenders what I wanted to drink. It wasn’t busy at all. One waitress saw I had been sitting there for quite some time and came over from the restaurant area to give me a drink menu. I was walking with a cane & had my swollen knee elevated. Clearly I was having difficulty, she later came back and took my order.
