Very enjoyable and comfortable.
Pros:

Great location. Pleasant staff. Good little touches like the offer of a glass of Prosecco on arrival plus the hotel upgraded our room.

Cons:

Nothing negative. Prices in all London hotels are ridiculous.

Elevators were not working most of the time and used a crowded staff elevator and every time there was a journey to get to and from the room

Luxury and proximity 10/10
Pros:

I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. I booked this for myself, my husband and in laws for my mother in laws birthday and the staff went above and beyond. We were upgraded to suites overlooking Leicester Square which were beautiful. The beds were exceptionally comfy, the shower pressure was excellent and we will absolutely stay again!

Cons:

The only downside was the lifts being out of service but the staff were incredibly apologetic about this and also included free breakfast which was delicious and very varied. I’ll take the breakfast instead of the lifts any day!

Pros:

staff were great, breakfasts good

Cons:

The lift was broken and apparently couldnt be fixed for days,
Luckily we were on the second floor- pity those on upper floors.
Compensation for the broken lift was 2 vouchers which didnt even pay for a drink- thats just plain chintzy and insulting.
