My booked room was not available. The hotel staff told me that they did not receive the notification from Booking.com.
I had received a confirmation from the company and consequently made a long and expensive trip to the hotel to no avail. Booking.com should compensate me for this.
Hotel veramente ottimo, il personale sempre disponibile, camera spaziosa noi avevamo quella in angolo, con cabina armadio e zona trucco molto apprezzata da mia figlia e moglie, bagno spazioso con grande doccia, colazione top salato e dolce, poi la posizione eccezionale vicinissima a due stazioni metro e la piazza di Covent Garden a 150m. Soggiorno breve di due notti ma ottimo.

Clean, Professional hotel in a great area. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was able to get my room, even though I arrived early.
It didn't seem to be possible to totally turn off the aircon fan.
We appreciated the helpfulness of the front desk team and the fabulous location. The room itself was a good size for Europe, nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable, especially the bed. The cleaning staff were helpful too, providing extra towels upon request and doing a great job overall.
Our one complaint is that the shower set-up (a shower door that provides coverage for only half the tub) makes it difficult to keep water from collecting on the floor. We tried various adjustments of the door and shower head with only minimal success. The accumulating water is a slipping hazard and also pretty unpleasant since one needs to mop it up with towels that can't really be dried. A better set-up would have made this stay 10/10.
