The locations is amazing close to the London eye, big benn and British museum, also a very clean hotel with excellent staff and had one of the best night sleep.
Everything was great if I was to say anything they could possibly do with more choice of beers at the bar, they currently have 2 on tap and they aren’t bad in all fairness.
The staff, location of the hotel and cleanliness of the hotel
Did think the room was a little small
Location, location, location. Breakfast was really good and dinner in the restaurant excellent. Staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.
Like all London rooms, they’re small.
Virkelig gode senge og god beliggenhed
Meget larm, måtte skifte værelse 2 gange.
Gym var meget småt. Generelt ikke så høj standard som man skulle forvente
The convenience and facilities were excellent.
Nothing
Location was excellent and the staff was very friendly
NA
Location very central and excellent to get to and from central London
Our experience was disappointing, particularly given the standard and price of the hotel.
The staff were unhelpful and, at times, rude. We had to request an iron and ironing board three separate times before they were delivered to our room. On the final occasion, we were told not to speak to staff in a firm tone, which was both surprising and inaccurate, as we had remained polite throughout.
For a hotel of this calibre, it is disappointing that an iron and ironing board are not provided as standard in the room, especially when paying over £400 for a night's stay.
When the items were eventually delivered, the staff member was simply going to leave them outside the door. My sister happened to be outside the room and politely asked if they could knock on the door instead. The response was, "No, you knock," which we found unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional.
The following morning, we raised our concerns about the poor and unacceptable level of service we had received. Rather than receiving an apology or any acknowledgement of our experience, we were simply told that the member of staff had been upset. While we appreciate that staff should be treated with respect, it was disappointing that our concerns were not addressed and that there was no recognition of the impact the service had on us as paying guests.
In addition, the dynamic pricing system was frustrating. The room rate increased by approximately £20 between selecting the room and completing the booking, despite no changes being made on our part. This left a poor impression and did not feel like a fair or transparent booking experience.
Overall, the level of service, professionalism and customer care fell well below what we would expect from a hotel in this price range. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect the standards we would expect from a premium hotel.
There was a lovely variety of options at breakfast, and we loved being so close to the Cambridge theatre. The concierge was extremely helpful.
I didn’t like that it was SO expensive.
This was our second time being in this boutique hotel.
We have stayted in the hotel for 5 nights and it was perfect !!
There are 2 main values choosing this hotel :
1. Its prime location 5 minutes walk from Covent Garden, but more over - all 7 streets arround the hotel are offering a huge variety of services such as restaurans and shops of all kinds. No need to shop at Oxford street which is 7 minutes walk from the hotel.
2. Personal attention & outstanding treatment of the hotel team all over our stay. Our requirement for special breakfast menu was fulfilled to our satisfaction.
The room is small but was sufficient for 2 guests. The bed was very cofortable. The bathroom was small, but was also sufficient for our needs. The AC system was also perfect which is very important in these hot days.
