Fijn en ruim appartement, heerlijk rustig en aardig personeel

Cons:

Beetje gedateerd, gordijnen sloten niet, en water werd niet eerder warm dan dat je alle kranen in het appartement open deed.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious. And we've used the private balcony (with a fantastic view) every day.
Also, the keycards also served as a discount card that we could show at various activities, to rent bikes or go to the wellness center cheaper, for example.

Cons:

The pillows on the beds were a little too soft to my liking. (The beds and bedding were good)

Bardzo uprzejma Pani na recepcji,otrzymaliśmy upgrade pokoju - duży apartament z widokiem na jezioro i góry za co bardzo dziękujemy.Apartament bardzo czysty,niezwykle wygodne łóżka i super komfortowa pościel.Wyspalismy się rewelacyjnie.W apartamencie dostępne parasolki i nawet plecak na wędrówki. Pyszne śniadanie a'la carte. Piękne miasteczko.

Stunning scenery, great location, helpful staff

The lake view was stunning! The premises are impeccably maintained and the staff was so helpful. They went above and beyond to answer questions and make our stay as comfortable as possible.

En härlig vistelse med fina naturupplevelser, ett gediget boende med personligt bemötande.
Pros:

Läget i Pertisau, gedigna rum, mycket trevlig personal och en helt fantastisk frukost, elegant serverad enligt egna val. Vid avresa skickade ägaren med oss banankaka som färdkost. Toppentrevligt boende.
