Pros:

We ordered pizza over the telephone at a restaurant 10 Minutes drive from the hotel. The restaurant would not deliver so the hotel staff picked it up and delivered it to our room.

Gutes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, ideal für den kurzen Aufenthalt nach einem langen Flug.

Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Es gab z.B. Obst, verschiedene Bagels, mehrere Aufstriche, Yoghurt, eine Waffelmaschine.

Cons:

Ich wäre gern morgens in dem Pool etwas geschwommen. Er war nicht geöffnet.

Ich habe das Hotel im Voraus gebucht und bezahlt. Bei Ankunft wurden wir aufgefordert, erneut ein Doppelzimmer zu zahlen, trotz Nachweis über die erfolgte Zahlung. Die Hotelmanagerin hat am Telefon versichert, dass der doppelte Betrag schnellstmöglich zurücküberwiesen wird. Sie reagiert nicht auf E-Mails, Booking.com ist informiert, kümmert sich wie gewohnt auch nicht um die Angelegenheit. Das ist jetzt die dritte Erfahrung dieser Art, ich kann die Nutzung von Booking.com nicht mehr empfehlen. Die Reaktion der Hotelmanagerin ist ebenfalls sehr enttäuschend.
