Cons:

Very small room. The check-in process was confusing and disorganised, with a crowded lobby, self-service check-in machines and unhelpful staff. Overall, a disappointing experience. I would not stay at this hotel chain again.

חדר קטן אבל הייתי לבד אז לא הפריע לי, יש אבזור טוב מאוד כמו שקעים ליד המתנה והדלקה וכיבוי של אורות ממערכת שליד המיטה, זה היה מאוד נוח

The room did have all the amenities needed. Water pressure was good and the tea kettle was nice. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good but i would go elsewhere if i didn't pay in advance for the breakfast option. Location was ok,.

Cons:

The room was incredibly small. I live in Asia so I'm used to small hotel rooms but this was next level small. The room did have all the amenities needed. The towels were old and tiny. The duvet cover was clean but the duvet inside was all yellowed from years of use. The bath/shower combo required you to take a very high step to get into so anyone with mobility would not be able to get into the shower. They do have a bag drop but it's open to non guests and cost 2000yen. My friends stayed at a different brand hotel so we stored our bags for free at their hotel bag drop. Location was ok and easily walkable but we were definitely walking our kids through a less savory part of town with all the ladies and gents clubs.
