A 3 star experience at 4 star prices. I would not recommend this establishment unless you enjoy being disappointed.
Pros:

The saving grace of this hotel is the staff and location.

Cons:

It’s outdated and next to a construction site. One of the reasons we chose this property was the promise of lovely gardens to walk through. What we got was a construction site which we had to listen to for our entire stay (including the Saturday). The bathrooms are extremely outdated with a tiny shower and dirty tiling. They provide you with a kettle in the room but you will have to unplug the fridge every time you want to use it. The breakfast is the worst I have had at a supposedly 4 star establishment. Limited options and stale food. Only the lady making eggs did a good job.

Exceptionally welcoming staff and comfortable rooms made this stay a great option
Pros:

This is a quick drive from the airport, perfect to get a night’s rest after a late arrival. We loved walking the grounds before breakfast. The staff are exceptional.

Cons:

The gym was closed for renovations but that is a temporary inconvenience.
