Clean, comfortable and well-appointed unit in an excellent location.
Pros:

Great location for exploring downtown. Friendly staff. Spacious unit.

Cons:

Bathroom sink drained a bit slowly. And the elevator for access to the parking garage is tiny.

A perfect stay in the heart of a great city
Pros:

Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. Our 3-night stay proved to be the best 'value for cost' during our entire road trip. from the valet parking service to final checkout, we couldn't have been more satisfied.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing comes to mind!

Déjeuner exceptionnel !
Pros:

Très belle hôtel, super bien situé ! La chambre spacieuse. Le déjeuner etait exceptionnel pour le prix wooow grande variété de choix je recommande !

Cons:

Nous avions une suite familiale donc 2 lits doubles er un canapé lit.
Le canapé lit etait pas confortable et la climatisation était bruillante le seul bémol de mon séjour !

It seems like a no brainer to choose the same hotel again for future Montreal visits
Pros:

The service was exceptional and accommodated every wish. The beds were comfortable. Rooftop pool was great. Smaller rooms have kitchenettes and suites whole kitchens.

Cons:

Sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable. But they provided extra padding after we asked them and they promptly brought it, which fixed the issue.

The property is nice and in a good location

Cons:

Some aspects of the property are quite dated. In particular, the elevators seem to be in adequate and I found myself waiting a long time to get to and from my room.
