La très grande chambre, le lit confortable. Le personnel sympathique et serviable. La piscine chauffée sur le toit

Cons:

Le bruit provenant de l'extérieur, mais nous étions dans l'hyper centre de Montréal, donc bruyant.

Mooie ligging , alles te voet gedaan. Ruime kamer en super bedden. Super vriendelijk personeel en hulpvaardig aan de balie

Cons:

Ontbijt lekker maar in verhouding ook zeer prijzig.Vele andere mogelijkheden in de buurt. Ook vallet parkeren is duur. Hebben huurauto binnengebracht in centrum Montreal op 2 straten van hotel en op de laatste dag met taxi naar airport. Liften druk ezet met de nodige wachttijden

Pros:

Room was very nice however I thought the kitchen and living room area were seperated from the bedroom area.

Cons:

it would have been nice to have the bedroom in a seperate area as some wanted to stay up to visit while others wanted to sleep. It was my mistake. i must have read the description wrong.
My step daughter went to the Mez bar to get a cocktail and they would not serve her and her fiance.

Bathroom didn’t meet my expectations at all. Clogged tub and pretty basic which didn’t reflect the price for the room. Also the tv remote control didn’t have batteries

Pros:

Great location, reception and valet staff were very pleasant and helpful, clean, comfy rooms and the roof top pool was a bonus.

Cons:

Bathroom a bit small but note that we had 3 women to share, limited counter space and clogged drain.
One of the dining staff was out of sorts, so breakfast wasn’t as enjoyable.
