Pros:

Check in was fast and easy. Friendly staff. Price was affordable. Breakfast was delicious. Wasn't a continental breakfast which was a big plus. Location was clean. Our stay was comfortable over all.

I’ll be returning
Pros:

Loved the hospitality of the lady who was mopping when we arrived but also checked us in. Wish I could have tipped her. Because she was so hospitable I’ll be returning

Room was filthy
Cons:

I honestly will never stay at this place again. We go into our room I didn’t have much time to look around until we got back around 10pm. I go into the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting. My son took a shower and he said the water wasn’t draining. I see that there is tons of hair that isn’t ours floating in the tub. The ceiling has yellow stains and the corners of the shower and by the toilet were filthy.

The extra $100.00 charge ruined the stay!

I booked this room and paid for it for my grandson, his wife, and two small children. I asked about them checking in early as we had a family wedding h. The staff said that they needed to call when they got close to checking in. When they called and then checked in, my grandson was charged $100.00 for the early check in. I wasNEVER told there was a fee for early check in, If that is not returned I will never recommend Holiday Inn Express to anyone, nor , will I ever book for myself or any family member again. I trust this will be handled immediately!

I would definitely stay there again. And recommend it.
Pros:

Staff was great! Amazing I would say. Went above and beyond to help me get into my room while my daughters were in there sleeping. Breakfast was 10/10 I swear that you always expect mediocre breakfast at hotels like these and let me tell you everything was so good. lol rooms clean, comfortable and just overall great.

WiFi kept going in and out.

Clean, polite and professional staff. All very kind and helpful.

Cons:

As far as Holiday Inn Express breakfast goes, it’s usually pretty good but not great, but it serves it’s purpose. The breakfast at this particular property was not very good.
