Clean place with nice staff

Nothing really not to like
It was very clean and very nice and accessible to the area.
1. The first night the walls were so thin we could hear every single thing and were up all night.
2. The breakfast was advertised on the site we booked as being complementary but it was expensive. Also, the menu stated it started at 6 am but it didn’t start until 7…we were there for sports so because of their limited schedule we had to elsewhere.
3. They are not pet friendly.
4. They charge $10 a day for parking which is in a poorly lit, small parking lot. What am I paying for? I have stayed multiple places in flagstaff before that were cheaper, nicer, quieter and didn’t charge for every little thing. I learned my lesson staying here.
Reasonably priced, clean rooms and staff was friendly. Everything about this hotel was perfect with the exception of having to pay for parking. Didn’t appreciate being sprung with that fee upon departure.

It was a clean hotel as expected of an IHG facility. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The waiter serving breakfast was the best.
WIFI needs an upgrade.
La camera era stupenda, impeccabilmente pulitissima. Bagno con doccia fantastica.
Abbiamo prenotato la stanza con colazione inclusa e al momento dell’ordinazione delle bevande (un latte e un cappuccino) è saltato fuori che le bevande erano escluse.
Anche se di questo aspetto (che trovo senza senso) non ci avevano informati il pomeriggio prima al check in, paghiamo le bevande senza battere ciglio, usando la carta. Lasciamo mancia del 17% cash e sentiamo il cameriere lamentarsi coi colleghi della scarsa mancia lasciata. Abbiamo trovato questo gesto davvero fuori luogo e molto maleducato. Non siamo stupidi, ed essere stati trattati da tali non ci ha fatto piacere. Ripeto che il fatto che la struttura ti includa la colazione ma non le bevande non ha senso. Da membro IHG non me lo sarei aspettata.
Al check out mi è stato chiesto se fosse andato tutto bene il ns soggiorno e ho fatto presente il mio disappunto sulle bevande escluse. Zero scuse e zero empatia. Per il resto è un hotel con un potenziale enorme.
The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and plenty of water pressure.
My only complaint is with the construction of the building. The walls are a bit thin. I could hear people talking next door and walking around on the floor above us.
