As always great service. Breakfast was really good and has many variety. The crew was very attentive, especially Lianne. great value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel that we supposed to just stay for 3days and ended up staying for 3 weeks. They exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and very convenient for getting around. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
What really made our stay memorable was the staff, particularly Lianne, Sha Em, Jerrilyn, Ivan and Hanna and so as the Chef but I forgot her name. They're very playful with my son Noah and nephew Georgie, and attentive to our needs. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from check in to check out. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile.
Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, a fantastic location, and a comfortable stay. Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable!

Highly recommend for small to large families as well as young children to seniors. Great stay and Great Staff and conveniently located to many shopping areas and restoraunts. Shoutout to Jeldenz and Lucky for ensuring our shuttle to the airport was ready in a timely manner. We will be back.

It's a really really great hotel.

We mostly came to support a fellow family/friend.

But their service was indeed excellent, breakfast was served in a well manner, and all the staff were so accommodating and kind. The bedrooms are also clean and spacious, and the toilets are on great condition.

We really like the support towards the OJT members as it ensures they are well taught and mannered for the future.

Hoping they continue to provide hospitality and accomodating.

Looking forward to our next stay.

I wouldn’t recommend it for a vacation

Good food. Wide selection for buffet breakfast. I like the bacon 🥓 and salad.

We had our breakfast buffet to celebrate our Dad’s Death Anniversary all we can say is THE BEST. They had a wide selection of foods and scrumptious foods! We will definitely go back and book a stay.

We had another wonderful stay thanks to the amazing staff. 💯 They consistently go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. Their hospitality never fails to impress us.

I stayed at Park Inn Iloilo for a leisure trip and to explore Iloilo for the first time. What impressed me most was the hotel’s convenient location, especially its proximity to the mall. The food was excellent, and I had the opportunity to taste authentic Ilonggo dishes.

The staff truly lived up to their reputation, they were all warm, friendly, and accommodating. The front desk team always greeted us with a smile whenever we passed by the reception area, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
