Will find a different place next time.

I always like Park Inn for their functionality; kettle, tv, ironing board, etc.

Cons:

Wanted to use the pool, asked for a parasol, because there is nowhere to hide from the sun at all. Waited for 30 mins, they send an umbrella for the rain. I explained what I meant; never saw anyone coming back with at least even a no. That wasn’t very considerate of them.
The pillows are very hard, spent two sleepless nights.
Booked a room 3-4 weeks beforehand, they give you an option of 2 single beds or one big one, asked for the latter. Upon checking in they informed me there are no big beds left. I don’t fit on that single bed and I am not large person. So there goes my sleep again.
Breakfast was absolutely cold, literally everything was cold. Asked for a coffee from espresso machine as opposed to the watery brown liquid they called “brewed” coffee, they said that its not included in the price of 800 php. In other branches of Park Inn it is never a problem.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Very near the shopping mall, accessible with transportation & very helpful staffs.

Cons:

The bed linens were a bit worn out & has stains but they changed it right after it’s been called out.

It's our first and last stay in this hotel.
Pros:

The room is spacious but that's all. Nothing special and it's expensive compared to other countries. Not a good value for money.

Cons:

The room is not clean, there were stains on the bedsheet, the bathroom is dirty because of the tiles they used, the shower enclosure doesn't close properly so the water spills all over when you shower.
