It was wonderful n pleasant. Greeters were courteous.

Very disappointed this time
Pros:

Telephone in room did not work. Despite promises to have it fixed.
QR code did not work. Attendant said maybe there’s something wrong with the system.
Woke up the next morning the floor flooded

Seems the rooms leak when there are rains.
Asked for extra towels
Three times - felt that the next time they would
Know we needed three towels -
Nope.
Still just now towels.
Pity as staff very nice - but I don’t know about the manangement of said staff and hotel.

Cool experience in park inn
Pros:

Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of service provided by the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with outstanding customer care. Specially these people, justine, sha em, jerryilyn, charley,kishia,ivan,neil. They made my stay a lot memorable because of how welcoming and friendly they are. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

If you'd like, I can also make it shorter, more formal, or sound like a genuine guest review for a specific hotel.

The Ani's resto at Park Inn Iloilo
Pros:

The staff at their restaurant are very friendly, courteous and attentive. They serve well and efficiently. Special mention to Ivan, Sha, Em and Kishia...see i even got their names. Good job guys, keep it up.

Pros:

The place is cozy, the lobby is nice plus the front desk always smiles when you passed by. They never failed to greet not just us but all the guest passing in front. They are the best asset of the hotel. The foods are yummy, the carrot cake its perfect. I wish they have the big version so I can bring home and let my love ones try. I will definitely be back again. I highly recommend Park inn Iloilo

Pros:

Very good experience with the following staffs, especially with Ma'am Jerilyn, Ma'am Shaem, Sir Ivan, Maam Kisha and Sir Neil, They are so helpful and accomodating. Kudos to park inn and their Staff.
