Great hotel, good air conditioning on the lobby and the room. But not flexible on the need of the guest.
Pros:

Closed to the SM city. Surrounded by shops and restaurant.

Cons:

This hotel does not cater for the need of dialysis person. I tried to order breakfast for 5am but they are not available to cater.

Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient stay, and I appreciated the good service from the staff.
Pros:

The room was conveniently located near the pool area, making it easy to access. It was also very convenient to get to SM City, as there is a bridge connecting the hotel directly to the mall.

Cons:

One thing that could be improved is the water station, which is located outside the room in the hallway, so we had to go out to refill our bottles.

The shower room could also be improved, as some water comes out into the bathroom area while showering, making the floor wet and a bit slippery.

Receptionist staff John was very accomodating and professional. He catered for senior citizen needs of checked on at 2pm
Pros:

Location- as stated in their hotel description. This hotel is connected to SM city.

Cons:

Not able to cater for an early meal request. My mum had a 6am dialysis treatment and I wanted to order an early morning breakfast eg:5am but kitchen not able to provide.

It was wonderful n pleasant. Greeters were courteous.
Pros:

SM is connected. Everything is near.
Staff were friendly n accommodating.

Very disappointed this time
Pros:

Telephone in room did not work. Despite promises to have it fixed.
QR code did not work. Attendant said maybe there’s something wrong with the system.
Woke up the next morning the floor flooded

Seems the rooms leak when there are rains.
Asked for extra towels
Three times - felt that the next time they would
Know we needed three towels -
Nope.
Still just now towels.
Pity as staff very nice - but I don’t know about the manangement of said staff and hotel.
