Die Anonymität des Hotels hat uns nicht gefallen. Der persönliche Kontakt zum Gast ist auf ein Minimum beschränkt.

Pros:

Wir waren auf Durchreise und besser könnte man nicht durchreisen.
Alles sauber, sehr nettes Personal überall.
Es gab frisch gebackene Pizza um 22.30 Uhr, die sogar wirklich gut war.
Wir waren rechtzeitig beim Frühstück, daher gab es genügend Platz für alle.

Danke für den reibungslosen Aufenthalt!

Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis!
Pros:

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war unglaublich, da ja auch noch ein tolles Frühstücksangebot für 129 .-€ !! für ein Doppelzimmer im Preis beinhaltet war.
Außerdem war die Lage ideal, wir wollten zu den Schloßfestspielen Thurn und Taxis. Dafür war es ideal.
Natürlich ist es kein Luxushotel- aber hat Klimaanllage (HITZE1), ordentliche Zimmer, schöne Badezimmer, was will man mehr für diesen Preis?

Niets meer aan doen, fijn verblijf
Pros:

Je kunt iets hebben tegen hotelketens, maar zodra je de kamer binnenstapt vallen alle bezwaren en vooroordelen weg. Keurig net, voelt nieuw aan, ruim en stil. Heel goed bed. Heel goede badruimte. Heel goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Wandelafstand naar het oude centrum en de brug over de Donau perfect om de benen te strekken.

Cons:

Shampoo was op, maar we hadden zelf.

Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut und das Hotel macht einen ersten guten Eindruck. Parkmöglichkeit durch Parkhaus gut aber gegen Gebühr.

Cons:

Ich habe für eine Nacht ein normales Standartzimmer gebucht. Bekommen haben wir ein Barrierefreies Zimmer. Dort sind natürlich viele Dinge anders wie im Standart.Eine Info vorab wäre natürlich toll gewesen um selber zu entscheiden. Großer Fleck auf dem Boden. Duschgel,Handseife,Kosmetiktücher alles leer... Auf beschwerde keine Reaktion

Cons:

Personalul de la receptie neinteresat sa asculte clientii.
Ofera un raspuns standard fara sa incerce sa rezolve problemele.
Am cerut sa pot intra in camera mai devreme si am primit un raspuns ca a fost weekend si ca.se face curat...si este extrem de dificil!
Denparca se.facea curat in acelasi timp in toate camerele.

De asemenea rezervarea facuta pe booking nu a fost gasita la hotel!!!
