Wonderful setting, friendly staff , great location
The property was wonderful in all respects .
It was a really lovely place and for a leisurely break amazing - the staff went above and beyond to help me even giving me a lift into Keswick when I was stuck - felt very well looked after
It was a shame not to be able to get a hot shower - they did respond super fast when it broke down. Location wise it wasn’t quite right for me as without a car I couldn’t independently get back to it and taxis have a long wait times and buses infrequent - it would have been fine if I hadn’t had exact timings that I needed to be in Keswick for

Lovely area.
Went for Sunday lunch and a nights stay. 1 of the Sunday lunch had a Beatle in the beef, staff responded well and nocked this off the bill.
We liked everything. Staff were all friendly and attentive. The location was stunning. The hotel itself was beautiful.
The restaurant food was delicious. Our group had dietary needs (celiac) and these were catered for to perfection. Truly, their attention on this front was so greatly appreciated and just made our entire trip so beautiful and anxiety free.
Will definitely be booking for more than one night next time! Thank you Lyzzick!

Nothing at all. It was all fantastic.
Grounds are beautiful - a very short drive from the main town, staff are super nice and helpful AND the food was really nice and we ate outside too so we could take in the views and listen to the wildlife. Loved it - plenty of onsite parking too.
