Conveniently located near Lambeau Field. Quiet stay in a quiet town.
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Quiet hallway (no heavy door slamming). Convenient breakfast. Easy check-in. Plenty of parking. Easy access from two entrances.

Cons:

Staff were closing the breakfast area doors early to clean and were all huffy when we walked in to just grab a fruit and coffee. There were still people in there eating.

No freezer in the fridges; my ice packs had to be frozen completely for TSA at the airport.

It was mehe okay.
Pros:

The breakfast included make your own waffle, it was a fun thing and ensured the waffle was hot and fresh. buffet coffee was good. Coffee was available 24 hours in the lobby. The room had a microwave and refrigerator.

Cons:

The 24 hour coffee was not always hot. On check in, the front desk told me the manager had given me a complimentary upgrade. Then told me that room wasn’t available. My reservation was for a king. I ended up in an accessible (not by request) queen room on the 1st floor opposite the breakfast buffet. The corridor was noisy and every night a big truck rumbled by the window, in the parking lot. The metal springs on the bed creaked with every movement.

The staff need to improve their level of cooperation and truthfulness with customers
Pros:

Rooms cleanliness was good. Parking was convenient. We did not have breakfast

Cons:

The gentleman at front desk was requested to give us a room on ground floor or near the elevator as we had heavy bags. He told me our room was just next to it, but actually it was on the other end of the hallway from the elevator.

New favorite Green Bay Hotel !
Pros:

The rooms were very nice and clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was very good, from now on this will be our go to hotel when we come to Green Bay!!

Guest services should have done more. I guarantee other people called about these disruptive guests

We had to call room service 2-3 times between midnight and 2am for the guests above us that were thumping, banging, & yelling and nothing ever happened or stopped. We were up all night and had very little sleep. We were up all night

Wouldn't stay here again
Pros:

Bathroom no water pressure in shower to wash hair. No room in shower stall & nowhere to put your soap, shampoo etc. There was a big handicap fold down seat in shower that took up all the room. The bed spring squeaked loudly all night every time you moved. There were employees or regulars smoking what smelled like pot right outside in the patio area.
