Nice, cozy and comfort visit.
Pros:

Good and healthy breakfast, really good beds and pillows. Maybe one of the best hotel gyms.

Cons:

Gym was not served water. I did not find the place where it should have found then. Later I found it from pool-area.

Pros:

Nettes Personal am Empfang, Zimmer war sauber und das Bett bequem. Das Frühstück war lecker und hat alles geboten, was man braucht. Fitnessraum war sauber und aufgeräumt. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Spa-Bereich mit Pool. Das Wasser im Pool war zu kalt, zudem funktionierte der Wasserfall nicht. Der Whirlpool war ausser Betrieb, nur aus diesem Grund habe ich dieses Hotel gewählt, da ich mich auf den Spa-Bereich gefreut hatte, leider wurde ich enttäuscht.

Unfreundliches Personal beim Frühstück, hab mich von mir aus gemeldet bei der Mitarbeiterin ob Sie nicht noch meine Zimmernummer benötigt, dass Sie es auf der Liste markieren kann, das ich da war beim Frühstück.

Es war sehr ruhig und entspannt

Cons:

Wir haben extra ein Doppelbett gebucht, leider waren es jedoch zwei einzelne Betten, die nur nebeneinander standen. Die Betten haben sich während der Nacht ständig auseinanderbewegt, sodass eine große Lücke zwischen ihnen entstanden ist. Das war sehr unbequem und entspricht nicht dem, was wir bei der Buchung erwartet bzw. gebucht hatten.

Die Mitarbeiter am empfang wäre sehr unhofflich wollten kein Deutsch reden, nur Englisch , Die Heizung ging in Zimmer nicht aussage Heizung ist nicht eingeschaltet wir können nichts machen!! Nie wieder
