Établissement à éviter… nous n’y séjournerons plus.

L’hôtel est accessible.
La chambre est bien agencée et confortable, la literie est correcte.
Le petit déjeuner est varié.
Cela ne compense malheureusement pas les points négatifs.

Cons:

Le personnel du petit déjeuner a eu un comportement exécrable… très impoli, méprisant.
Sur 3 ascenseurs, 1 seul fonctionnait au début de notre séjour. Cela a occasionné des temps d’attente incroyablement longs, et nous avons partagé l’ascenseur avec les immenses chariots de linge sale des femmes de chambre.
Le dernier matin, les 3 ascenseurs étaient en panne.
Aucune information, aucun accompagnement de la part du personnel. Les seules solutions pour les clients étaient soit de rester bloqués à l’étage, soit d’emprunter l’escalier de secours extérieur (le bâtiment fait 14 étages !). Le personnel nous a refusé l’accès à l’escalier intérieur (accès pompiers), prétextant ne pas en avoir la clé.
Nous avons constaté que ces dysfonctionnements étaient déjà connus de l’hotel, puisqu’un client les leur avait déjà signalés dans un avis négatif sur leur site.
Nous avons fait part de notre mécontentement à l’établissement, qui n’entend que ce qui l’arrange.
