Very good
Pros:

We were quite skeptical before going because we had read some bad reviews, especially about the AC and elevators. Being pregnant and traveling during a heatwave in Germany, I was a little worried. But everything was perfect! The AC worked so well that we actually had to turn it off because the room got too cold.

The pool and spa area are amazing, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff was very kind. The location is also great, right in the center with easy access to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn.

Cons:

The only downside for us was the breakfast. More than €30 per person seemed too expensive, so we decided not to have it. Other than that, we loved our stay!

Cons:

Die Lage war unangenehm am Bahnhof. Da war ein Treffpunkt wo nachts getrunken wurde und dadurch Lärm entstand.

- Ausstattung der Zimmer
- zentrale Lage

Cons:

- 25€ pro Parkplatz pro Tag - das macht beim Check-in schlechte Laune die den ganzen Tag anhält
- das Poolwasser war mangelhaft bis dreckig. Hoffentlich war genug Chlor enthalten.

Staff was friendly and attentive, room was spacious and clean, had all the amenities one needs. Easy access by public transport.

Cons:

I booked this specific hotel for it's spa/pool amenities as a little staycation. Unfortunately the pool was freezy cold which resulted in nobody wanting to use it and the whirlpool was out of order. These were the two things I was looking forward to, so it was disappointing. Staff were friendly though and said the issue had been reported. Sadly no fix in time for us to enjoy.
