Pros:

I always stay here when I need a hotel in Albuquerque. I hate having to stay in hotels with dogs but they make it so easy with the outside access doors and nice grass areas to walk around. Everyone is always welcoming and I know I want show up with a bunch of extra rules.

Pros:

Convenience to my travel route.

Cons:

75.00 fee for pet which I did not know when booking and paying direct due to last minute thru booking.com; also 5.00 parking fee onsite per sign at check in desk.
First room air not working and called front desk “come to office and will change room” which meant packing and putting back into car , loading my dog etc and waiting in lobby to get another room which was right next door to room I had. Would have been more considerate of them to come and give me new key so I could just move my things over rather than putting everything in the car and taking them back out again. Also, I ‘ve been double charged 80.00 and when I called they said it was the pet fee and double charge would come off but it has not.

Q tuve q subir escaleras me gustan las habitaciones planta baja no subir escaleras venía de manejar más d 13 horas desde Los Ángeles y llegué con maletas sola con mis dos niñas y me tocó subir unas escaleras eso fue lo q no me gustó también q no había Parkin me tocó esperar q alguien saliera Para poder estacionar pero de lo demás todo bien gracias

Pros:

Loved the suite-style room. It was very spacious, and nice to have a kitchen/living area. The staff was super friendly and always available to answer any questions we may have. Facilities were clean.

Cons:

The location was iffy. I was a little nervous about my car in the parking lot, but everything turned out fine.

The staff was nice and the location was near every place we needed to go

Cons:

The room was dirty. There was still hand prints and forehead prints on the headboard from prior guests wild night. The floor was super dirty in the kitchen. The hide a bed had no sheet and we didnt have any extra in the room. Also everytime we flushed the toilet it made a loud high pitch noise that lasted a good 5 mins.

extreamly great price. Very large room and very clean. Adequate staff and eddible breakfast with many options.

Cons:

overlooking underpass with homeless people. Unsure of some of the other guests and had some questions about many blinking lights inside the room

It’s in a pretty sketchy area. I had a pretty nice truck and trailer, thought someone might try and break into it, but no such event occurred
