Overall I enjoyed staying at the hotel. Staff were nice and accommodating.
Pros:

Even though we did not get the room we reserved with 2 queen beds, we were able to use the sofa bed (not too comfortable). To make up for this, we were given 2 complimentary breakfast vouchers. The hotel was able to give us a room with 2 queen beds the next night. The rooms were clean and cool when we arrived. Staff were nice and accommodating. We were able to utilize the gym, which was very nicely equipped.

Cons:

Our room was way at the end of the long corridor and the nearest elevator and ice machine were not working, so we had to walk all the way to the front.

Unpleasant stay experience
Pros:

The hotel location & the king room size.

Cons:

Prior to arrival, we had requested two rooms next to each other. However, this request was not accommodated, despite a room next to ours remaining empty. In addition, although we asked for housekeeping service daily, our room was not cleaned consistently during our ten-day stay. The room had a consistent smoke smell during our stay, which made the environment uncomfortable. Also, parking fees were not clearly communicated upfront, which added unexpected costs.

Pros:

The air conditioning did not work it was hot 76 overnight. I went to the front desk at 1:30 AM to. Complain then again at 6:30 AM. They fixed it on our way out and it took over 30 min to fix. I asked for compensation they said a manager would contact me. After a month later nobody has contacted me. I reached out to the front desk again today and they do not care about my stay and advised I had to contact booking.com because I used a 3rd party to book. Extremely dissatisfied!!!

Just Stay at a Motel 6
Pros:

Did NOT get the room I had reserved, and the one I did get was very poorly kept.
Booked a room with 2 queen beds but ended up getting a room with 1 king and a sofa that pulled out into a bed. The mattress was so worn down that I could feel the majority of the springs as I was lying down on them. Ended up placing the sofa cushions on top of them as a make shift topper.
The quality of the room as also horrible. The ceilings were starting to fall off, the carpet had holes in it, the chair cushion had a cigarette burn on it, the floors were slanted, and the room was quite dusty.
The parking of the facility is also quite difficult, as well.
When attempted to speak to the manager/supervisor, we were told they were busy, and then we were told that they left and to call back at 11 pm to speak to the oncoming one. Absolutely horrible! 250 a night for a motel 6 version room. Sorry, a motel 6 would be better than this!
Hilton has been very subpar lately and this "hotel" has just solidified my opinion. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

We had issues with our AC and ot was hot and leaky the first night we were there. It was fixed quickly though. Parking was not free and added an extra expense to our trip.
