Location was easy to find & get to
Cooked English Breakfast was VERY slow to be made & bought to table. (20-30mins after ordered)
The outside grounds
Where do I start as soon as I walked in it was like going back to the 1970’s. Our room smelt musky the carpets were dirty and smelly decor and curtains were very dated toilet cistern seemed to be running all night very noisy bed uncomfortable. I’d never return or recommend this place. Breakfast was a joke 45 min wait for our breakfast and they were not that busy eggs all snotty streaky bacon sausage hard and chewy horrid.

Good breakfast. Clean. Quiet room even with a concert on at the Concord.
Heated towel rail and air con didn’t work but perhaps that was just temporary.

Great hotel situated just off the M27 with lots of private parking in lovely rounds. Breakfast was fantastic, good buffet and the full English was piping hot.
furniture is a little tired but that shouldn't detract from value for money accommodation
Breakfasts are excellent. I’d also like to mention the cleaner who kindly brought us a bottle of water because of my cough, even though we hadn’t asked for it. It was a very thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. Such attention to detail really makes a difference
The light was on all the time without a possibility to switch it off in the bathroom
The room was large and comfortable, and very quiet. Breakfast was served in a separate building, but was superb. It arrived quickly, but was very good quality, and the dining room was lovely. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel was set in a quite secluded location, considering its proximity to both the motorway and airport, so it didn't feel as if I was staying in a busy or industrial area - more like a country club.

Very dull design. Everything was brown.
We were only staying one night and having read some of the reviews I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was good, it's a quiet location and we had an enjoyable evening meal in the restaurant. The accommodation is excellent value for money.
I can't think of anything and I'd be happy to stay there again.
