Categories

Cleanliness
4
Many reviews report unclean facilities: dirty bathrooms, kitchens, sheets, fridge, bad smells and presence of cockroaches — clear cleanliness problems.
Service
9
Mixed but generally positive: specific praise for reception (e.g., Fzaz Al-Balushi), simple responsiveness from staff, though isolated negative interactions and a security/camera response issue were reported.
Location
8
Mixed mentions: some guests found the location nice, others complained it was far (in Al-Maabilah) or noisy. Overall acceptable for many guests.
Room Quality
5
Complaints about small/narrow rooms and bathrooms, old condition in places, and missing basic in-room items — room quality below average.
Amenities
4
Several guests reported missing or inadequate amenities (no utensils, no slippers, no toiletries, no iron), Wi‑Fi problems and dirty kitchen appliances — amenities are poor.
Value for Money
8.5
Some guests explicitly noted the place is suitable for the price; despite issues, perceived value is relatively good for many.
Food and Beverage
8
Food and beverage not mentioned in reviews. Assigned an above-average score while assuming a standard offering in absence of comments.
Overall Experience
5.5
Overall mixed-to-negative: persistent cleanliness and amenity issues and at least one security incident lowered guest experience, offset somewhat by helpful staff for some guests.
