Good value stay
Pros:

Although the property was older, I loved the vintage feel, lots of character. The hotel reminded me of past vacations when the facility was an experience rather than the newer hotels that have a generic feel. I liked the courtyard with the pool and landscaping.

Cons:

Highway 19 can be a challenge when leaving or getting back to the hotel. Making U turns on 19 traffic, wow. Lol

Good location for short visit of Tarpon Spring.
Pros:

Coffee was way below the standard! You have to improve it.

Great place to stay
Pros:

I have stayed here a few times and it is always clean and comfortable. Great location in great rooms.

The hot tub was not working but not that big of a deal

It was dirty, very run down and with roaches, nothing to do with the pictures, and the free breakfast,cereal and pancakes, that sent my kids to the bathroom. Never again

Creepy and scary
Cons:

Bathroom had hair from previous guest all over the floor. The bathroom needs a complete redo. The halls were creepy to walk through. The place needs a complete over haul.
The screaming and swearing from the room across the hall. I was afraid to go out when I heard someone yell "I'm going to kill you bitch". We called the front desk to report this.
