Great location, great attentive staff, fabulous bedroom
Pros:

This 3 year old hotel was perfectly located in Juhu. The facilities were excellent, but more importantly the restaurant staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. At one point when my wife didn't come for breakfast they made arrangements for me to take a goodie bag for her to have breakfast in the room. These little gestures show how thoughtful they are.

Awesome stay
Pros:

Stay and food was awesome. All the staffmembers we interacted were very helpful and gave us personal attention. Very good hospitability.

Pros:

Hotel is very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful! The customer service could not be faulted. The only slight issue was noise from adjacent rooms but other than that I had a very comfortable stay!

Very cosy... Compact.. And Nice Hotel..

Great hotel, not so great location
Pros:

I had a very enjoyable stay at Hyatt Centric. The hotel had a modern and comfortable feel, with clean rooms, good facilities, and a convenient setup for a solo traveller. The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall service made the stay smooth and pleasant.

The hotel itself was well maintained and easy to settle into, with everything I needed for a comfortable city stay. Overall, it was a good experience and I would happily recommend Hyatt Centric to anyone looking for a modern and reliable hotel.

Cons:

The main area that could be improved is the location. While the hotel itself was comfortable and well maintained, the surrounding area was not the most pleasant, with noticeable traffic, pollution, and general congestion. This made walking around outside the hotel less enjoyable, especially during busier times.

Service was generally good, although it could have been a little more consistent at peak times. A clearer explanation of the hotel facilities at check-in would also have been helpful.

That said, the hotel itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, and I still had a pleasant overall stay.
