Good location, but far from the business areas to the south

Cons:

There are too many constant requests for payment. For guests staying a week, like me, you shouldn't be asking for money for every single receipt; instead, you should open a tab and have the guest pay at the end of their stay.

Pros:

Ravie de découvrir cet hôtel à Juhu. La qualité est exceptionnelle et le staff très attentif. J'apprécie sa proximité avec l'aéroport. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables.

Cons:

Que la nourriture soit tout le temps épicée malgré des demandes très spécifiques que faire un petit déjeuner simple, sans sauce, comme pour un enfant. Tout le monde n'est pas en mesure de manger épicé... :(

Pros:

Unprofessional front desk,apart from three who were terrific.Shreyas,Jonathan and I think the lady was called Alisha

Cons:

Lack of professionalism,very bad for the Hyatt brand,they made such a mess with their payment system
My room felt like I was in a prison cell,they advertise a sea view ,this is misleading,a monstrous new build was my view.No cupboards in my room.
I even wanted to cancel my stay and move to the Sea Princess

Indeed, service with tons of smiles!
Pros:

Excellent team - from the security at the gate and entrance, the staff at the reception, the servers and lady-in-charge of tea at Sesame, the smiling and courteous gentleman at the swimming pool, room service members - each and every person really personified excellent customer service with a smile. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to assist us. The birthday cake and decoration in the room was truly appreciated. Would recommend Hyatt Centric Juhu to anyone who wants to have a memorable stay!

Pros:

Though the hotel did not give a Hyatt look, overall we were pretty pleased with our 5 nights stay at this property. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. After realising my daughter was celebrating her birthday they went an extra mile to make the day memorable by offering multiple cakes. Also on our check out day, after breakfast they gave us a small parting gift in the form of a mini- cake - small gestures but went a long way to uphold the great hospitality on display.

Cons:

the only issues we had were the breakfast spread - they were decent - but not the tastiest. also the oerall decor made the rooms look poorly lit due to predominantly black interiors.
