Excellent hospitality
Pros:

Let's try Hyatt Juhu
Pros:

All was ok except the lobby and lifts. Could have been better. Room preference was not asked and overview not given during check in.

Poor experience at Hyatt Centric Juhu
Pros:

Absolutely unacceptable that when i have booked through booking dot com and have an early check in as well as late check out, upon arriving at 4pm and requesting for a room with twin beds i was told that it would take 20 mins. Since i had a meeting in an hour i said give whatever room was ready the person said even that will take 20 mins. When i started getting angry i was immediately allotted what is supposedly the “best room’ . When their check in time is 3pm and this is what i had to face after 4 pm one decides that this is not a place i am coming back to stay in ever again

Pros:

DE Gastvrijheid en personeel waren uitstekend.
Bij de zwembad is er bijna geen schaduw je ligt letterlijk de bakken op dak bij de zwembad.
Ook voor het personeel daar is het slecht geregeld, en daardoor was de consumptie daar niet goed geregeld, je moet er te lang voor wachten voor je drankje.

Cons:

Bediening bij de zwembad viel ons tegen.

Not value to money, rating were not according to facility and false commitments
Pros:

Restaurant staff were very well and make my experience great.

Cons:

Many things- i was not expecting this small hotel with Hyatt name. Location was ok. Facilities were below average. Room and bathroom was not clean and have asked them to fix it after checking the room.
