Pros:

Ben situat al centre de Puebla. Personal atent i amable.

Cons:

Habitació a la planta baixa, interior, sense llum amb una finestra que donava al passadis. Havies de tenir la cortina baixada perquè no et veiés la gent. Habitació amb poca iluminació. No hi ha llum als capçals dels llits. Socol del parquet aixecat.
Durant el dia i fins les 23h o més tenien música posada a la recepció o la televisió posada i se sentia desde les habitacions. L'última nit vaig decidir utilitzar el jacuzzi de l'habitació. Quan el vaig posar en marxa va començar a treure brutor / òxid de les canonades. Falta manteniment periòdic.

The rooms are nice and large enough. It is in a perfect location. There is natural light, within the room, from a courtyard area.

Cons:

A smart TV would be a great addition to the rooms. They gym is pretty much non-existent. Many hotels in Mexico, like this one, do not maintain gym equipment. The exercise bicycle was the only piece of equipment that was working.

Pros:

The location was great, and I loved the shower & balcony, although it was a bit too loud & the smell from all the pollution came into the room if the doors were open. I only stayed there 2 nights, but would def stay again. Would have been nice to get a discount on a meal at their restaurant!
