Overall, we had a fine stay and appreciated the staff and location. Just wish our sleep would have been better.
Pros:

Property was located in a great area, close to all of the sites. Everything was very clean and the staff were lovely.

Cons:

Our room was incredibly noisy. Rather than glass windows, the room had double wooden shutters which didn’t provide much insulation from noise. Our room faced the street and you could hear every bit of noise from outside. We had brought ear plugs which helped, but without them I doubt we would have been able to sleep.

Nice enough
Pros:

Great location in the center of everything. The hotel itself was clean and has a nice atmosphere. They have valet parking which offers 24 hour security for your car. The bathroom was spacious and really clean. Bed was okay if you like a firm mattress. It was quiet, very little street noise!

Cons:

They are overpriced. (ie: Charged $30 pesos for a 16 oz cup of ice). Some of the staff were very friendly others were just okay. No refridgerator in the rooms. Only one small desk chair other than the bed so no place to sit for 2 people (king suite). Oddly, they don't have any washcloths available so bring your own method of washing yourself! Other hotels are nicer and not as expensive per night.

Lobby bello pero en las habitaciones falta limpieza

Pros:

The location is very central to the main square, to restaurants. We only stayed one night and everything was perfect. We had a car and they had free valet parking which was really helpful. The beds was big and comfortable. Wifi was good.

Cons:

The only thing that was not ideal was that there was no natural light and the door had a window onto the corridor. It did have a curtain but just felt a bit unconfortable. It dis not impact our stay and we had a great time.

Incredible stay in the center of Puebla
Pros:

Loved everything about this hotel. It is so beautiful and the location couldn't be more perfect. The staff are also incredibly friendly and the service is top-notch.

Cons:

The only thing I would add is a bit more light over the sink area. But the ambience of the bathroom was beautiful.

El señor que me llevó hasta el cuarto "botones"
Le pregunte sobre la caja fuerte.
Me dijo que iva por una llave ya qe la caja fuerte estaba abierta pero con el seguro puesto y nunca volvió. A pero eso si casi casi me cobro la propina jeje no hay problema de eso. Lo qe no me gusto qe me dejo esperandolo

Ben situat al centre de Puebla. Personal atent i amable.

Cons:

Habitació a la planta baixa, interior, sense llum amb una finestra que donava al passadis. Havies de tenir la cortina baixada perquè no et veiés la gent. Habitació amb poca iluminació. No hi ha llum als capçals dels llits. Socol del parquet aixecat.
Durant el dia i fins les 23h o més tenien música posada a la recepció o la televisió posada i se sentia desde les habitacions. L'última nit vaig decidir utilitzar el jacuzzi de l'habitació. Quan el vaig posar en marxa va començar a treure brutor / òxid de les canonades. Falta manteniment periòdic.
