More positive than negative!
Pros:

I like it near a mall, you can access to it easily. There are also a shopping street right across. Staff is nice and helpful. Kumamoto castle also nearby

Cons:

No laundry room and the nearest coin laundry is 8 mins walk away. The closest station is a tram service, not a subway or JR.

CP值高的好飯店。當初住過福岡的KOKO本來要列為黑名單（又貴又髒），但熊本完全翻轉對他的印象。
Pros:

房價CP值極高，空間雖然不大，但面熊本城那側很有魅力。飯店入口在大樓二樓，地理位置非常方便，公車總站在一樓，二樓外有全家。

Cons:

飯店跟商場為複合式建築，電梯搭乘較為複雜，但速度還算快，所以可以接受。但飯店入口表示可以再清楚一點，我們從商場側門處到二樓出來後，沒有看到任何指示。

2 內裝很新 大廳很美
3 還有一個味道的記憶😛（三種魚的湯包）
4 有浴缸！
5 窗景看得到熊本城

Pros:

We arrived through the Kumamoto/Aso airport.
Took the bus to the Sakuramachi terminal which was below the hotel and therefore very convinient.
The first room we booked originally was a bit too small and therefore we requested to upgrade the room for a fee which was possible.
The location is perfect and the view was also amazing to see Kumamoto castle.

Cons:

The only downside is that there are no laundry options, such as a coin laundary within the hotel.

「櫻町巴士總站」總體上是非常特殊的居住體驗。希望再次到熊本旅行並住在這裡！
Pros:

住宿地點太棒了，抓住2026年櫻花季的尾巴，複合飯店的交通站「櫻町巴士總站」又鄰近本次旅行重點--熊本城（震災後復興滿10周年）和好逛的商店街，機能很完備。也讓我們可以直接搭乘"九州橫斷巴士"向下一站出發，前往黑川溫泉之前有更餘裕的準備。一樓面對廣場的麵包店非常不錯，請各位一定要品嘗！
日本航空自衛隊「藍色衝擊波」（Blue Impulse）特技飛行小組於2026年4月11日的午前，在熊本市上空進行了精彩的飛行表演，在紀念2016年熊本地震10週年，追悼罹難者並慶祝災後復興。我們午前已感受到從市區逐漸湧入，中央廣場上滿滿的人潮，多是市民們親子出遊，為得是參與十年後的震災復興活動。由於市區塞車擁擠，巴士出發竟耽擱了約半小時，但也為能親身參與到熊本市的振興紀念日，感到無比榮幸。

房間通道的設計有點小，要將大行李攤開並不容易。可能要挪動到窗前的沙發位置，才能比較好地展開來整理打包。

Pros:

位置超棒，位在熊本新開的shopping mall的二樓，一到四樓都可以逛街
甚至有官方的熊本熊村，定點時間會有熊本熊社長出來跟遊客見面
14樓才是接待大廳，往下的樓層為房間
最重要的是巴士總站就在這裡，可以直達熊本機場！超級方便
附近就是熱鬧的新世見和銀座通，雖然商店街不大，但該有的商店和餐廳都有！

Cons:

如果要從熊本車站抵達這個地方的話，需要搭地上電鐵Ａ線
這對提大型行李的旅客來說很不方便，因為車子很小，往飯店方向的乘客很多
會很難下車，需要時時注意到站的時間。
