Pros:

お洒落なホテルで、ロケーション・景色共に素晴らしかった点。
バスターミナル、モール直結で且つ飲食店も近くに沢山あり大変便利だった。

Cons:

自分の部屋に行くのに、14階でエレベーターを乗り換える必要があるのはやはり面倒。
また敢えて言えば、私がチェックインした夕方６時半頃14階はレストランからの音が結大きく、チェックイン時にスタッフの方の声が聞き取り辛かった点。

ほっとする。
Pros:

熊本城を眺めながら、静かに滞在出来て良かった。
落ち着いたホテルでスタッフも素晴らしい！
桜町のショッピングモールと一体となっていて
とっても便利だと思う、次回はもっと長く滞在したい。

入り口から全て美しく素敵でした。お部屋も広く、ソファーもおしゃれ。枕、布団、とても気に入りました。シャワールーム、洗面もキレイでした。14階の朝食では、正面に熊本城が見え、感動でした。
