Cons:

Take note if you’re on a cycling tour, the only option is to lock up your bike outside…there is no hotel storage area unfortunately and don’t expect any sympathy from the front desk

Stated in the apps, checkout between 12-1 pm, but the staff call me at 11.55 pm to remind checout is at 12. So which one is correct? And I believed there's no statement stated that hotel will collect RM50 cash depo during checkin. So I'm not prepare with the cash.
