Globalement c’était bien mais ça ne nous a pas donné envie de revenir.
Pros:

Bien situé. Le bain était correct mais pas extraordinaire. Le lounge avec les boissons et quelques snacks et douceurs était très bien.

I loved EVERYTHING about Hakone Yutowa!!! I will be back and bring more family members. Also walking distance to Open Ai
Pros:

Loved all the nature and the private bathhouse was great!!! The buffet was delicious and the snack/beer times in the awesome lounge were such a great addition. I also loved the outdoor foot bath and fire pit.

Cons:

They ran out of yukata’s for children but that’s it.

どのスタッフさんも接客が丁寧です。
夕食会場で3ヶ国語が話せるスリランカのスタッフさんと色んなお話ができて彼女の人柄に惹かれました。素敵な方です。

ラウンジで飲み物、オヤツが豊富でリラックスできました。


部屋に空気清浄機がありました。

Cons:

駐車場が１５０メートルほど離れているので高齢者の方や天候不良の時は不憫かもしれないです。

部屋が狭いのは仕方ないですが洗面所と鏡が欲しかったです。

メイクする時の小さい鏡が部屋にありましたが両面とも指紋で汚れていたのが残念。

３棟あり、食事会場など少し距離がありました。

The onsen was fantastic—but oddly enough, was nothing but dudes! Then it hit me... separate baths!
Pros:

We stayed at Hakone Yutowa as part of our visit to Hakone, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in Gora, which has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere and makes a good base for exploring the area. Dinner and breakfast were both included with our stay, and we especially enjoyed the buffet dinner. One unexpected bonus was the lounge, where complimentary snacks and drinks—including alcoholic beverages—were available throughout the evening. That was a wonderful touch after a long day of sightseeing.

Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy the onsen, which was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. Sometimes timing just isn't on your side, and that's nobody's fault. If you're coming to an onsen resort, definitely plan to take advantage of the baths—they're a big part of the experience.

One funny lesson I learned was that Gora is definitely not an early-morning sightseeing destination. I woke up before dawn, eager to explore, only to discover the hotel was still locked up for the night. When I finally escaped around 5:00 a.m., the town itself seemed just as asleep. It turns out that when you stay at an onsen town, the idea is to slow down, relax, soak in the baths, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere rather than race out before sunrise. Consider that lesson learned!

The only thing that surprised me was that the room and amenities felt a bit more basic than many of the other hotels we stayed in throughout Japan, especially considering the price. Even so, the food, lounge, and peaceful setting made for an enjoyable stay.

Summary: Come for the onsen, stay for the relaxing atmosphere—and don't expect Gora to be awake before the sun is! Well.... several hours later than that, actually!

Cons:

Considering the nightly rate, I expected the room to feel a little more upscale. It was comfortable and clean, but compared to several other hotels we stayed at in Japan, it felt a bit more basic than I anticipated.

Excellent hôtel pour une vrai pause détente en plein cœur de la nature. Je recommande sans hésiter.
Pros:

Les services proposés par l’hôtel!
Les différents espaces détente.
Le buffet du soir est hyper varié avec pleins d’options incluses ( barbecue, alcool pour ceux qui boivent..)
Un coin librairie avec des snacks et boissons à volonté.
Espaces extérieurs ( bain de pieds, feu de camp..)
Les onsens privatifs et ceux de la chambre avec vue sur l’extérieur.
Son emplacement à côté de la gare Gora station ( qui mène à Odawara ou encore au funiculaire ).

Je reviendrai les yeux fermés.

Cons:

Manque de boissons chaudes ( chocolat chaud, cappuccino, etc.) au niveau du buffet petit déjeuner ! Mais sinon le buffet est assez complet en terme de nourritures.
