Eten was enigszins teleurstellend elke dag hetzelfde met veel lokale producten in buffetvorm niet altijd lekker maar er was wel veel varieteit

La ubicación ya es una maravilla pero es que además este hotel lo tiene todo: Habitación amplia con vistas increíbles al bosque, onsen, helados y batidos para después del onsen, zonas de ocio para niños y mayores, zona de lectura con hamacas, un jardín precioso con baño para pies, un restaurante buenísimo tipo buffet, el desayuno buenísimo, todo increíble.

La cena pensavo fosse di qualità superiore
Un hotel bien cuidado y con unas grandes instalaciones. Esta genial ubicado para poder acceder al pueblo andando. La cena estaba muy bien con el buffet.
El desayuno está muy muy justo si lo que buscas es un desayuno no japonés. En comparación a todos los hoteles que estuvimos durante el viaje este es el desayuno más justo. El tamaño de la habitación era increible pero tenia 2 cosas importantes que afectaban a la comfortabilidad: la primera es que el onsen de la habitación no deja de caer agua durante toda la noche y genera un ruido muy molesto junto con el zumbido del motor del agua. Y la peor de todas es que el tren que se utiliza para moverse pasa justo delante del edificio donde las habitaciones se pagan mas caras ("Condominium"). El tren empieza a pasar por la via cada 3min desde las 5 de la mañana. Muy molesto. Urgentemente tienen que insonorizar las habitaciones en el edificio de "Condominium" con cristales preparados para ello.

Le lieu
The hotel had everything we needed. The breakfasts and dinner bufffets were amazing, limitless sushi, sashimi and lots of other options. I was worried our fussy-eater kids would struggle but there was tons of variety and they LOVED it. The afternoon snackbar and nightly complimentary drinks bar were great. We also really enjoyed the onsite onsens and saunas (although they do look a little tired), and the fact that they had lovely toiletries and hairdryers in the dressing rooms, the drinks and snacks for after your onsen were a special touch. Our room was great - very comfortable, and we had a small bath with hot spring water constantly refreshing which was a nice surprise. We really loved our stay here, such a great experience. Great location too, 5mins walk from the Gora cable car station.
As we had a family room in the condominium section, we were in the building at the end which meant that we had to cross over a drive way and walk through the garden to get to the main building with onsens and restaurant. There was also not a lift on our level, so we had to take stairs everytime we left our room. The weather was good while we were there so it wasn't a problem, but if it was cold or raining, this would not be ideal!
