Les instal•lacions, la zona infantil i el onsen exterior.

Cons:

Els onsens privats son un picadero, no paren de sortir parelles, és desagradable per a una familia.
El menjar es lamentable, el pitjor amb diferencia de tot el viatge. No té sentit pagar la mitja pensió a un preu astronòmic i una qualitat pèssima.

La proximité avec le train, les dépendances communes, les abords magnifiques, les Onsens et l’atmosphère générale.

Cons:

La taille de la chambre, ses équipements minimalistes, la douche est restée bouchée même après mon signalement, les coussins étaient durs et peu confortables, le tuyau de la douche était noir, ce qui n’est pas digne d’un tel hôtel. J’attendais plus de confort au niveau de la chambre car l’hôtel est globalement magnifique en toute honnêteté

Great onsen experience for a family of five.
Pros:

Convenient and easy walk from the train station. Very nice grounds and community area both modern and relaxed. Snack and happy hour were a lot of fun for us. Kids loved the comic book and play room.

Cons:

Our condominium did not have its own bedroom but we made it work. Also It was a little confusing to figure out how to get around since the condominium building is separate from the main hotel, but we eventually found a path to use without having to go on the street.

Pros:

Великолепный отель! Чисто, комфортно, современно. В номерах есть все необходимые принадлежности, выдают юкату (халат). Есть массажные кабинеты (надо записываться), приватные и общие онсэны, отдельный на улице для ног. Умиротворяющая атмосфера внутри и тишина, есть библиотеки, постоянно в доступе напитки, сладости, вечером алкоголь. Очень чисто. Завтраки разнообразные , с традиционным продуктами. Идеальное расположение, НО! берите номер с видом на горы оно того стоит, и нет шума от проезжающего трамвая и дороги

Family oriented hotel i'd recommend to young families visiting the area
Pros:

Excellent location, walking distance from Gora station and NOT up a steep hill like other hotels I've seen. Local attractions (cablecar, open-air musem, gardens and restaurants) can all be easily accessed on foot. We faced the train tracks but it wasn't noisy, my 1.5 year old son loved watching the train and busses go by.
Family friendly hotel with excellent baby/toddler facilities: (1) you can rent items such as baby bath tub, bed rails, etc. (2) there is a kids play area with ball pit/toys/coloring. (3) restaurant was equip with plenty of high chairs, cutlery/bowls and lots of baby food jars/pouches; (4) public onsen area also had baby bathtubs and even a crib in the change area; (5) lots of lounge space with manga and other books for older kids; (6) milk and ice cream available by onsen area and they have daily snack/dessert hours.
My husband and I both booked massages at the spa which was very affordable.

Cons:

Cleanliness could be improved. While there was daily cleaning, there were dust on the windowsill, the washroom glass, faucet and shower door was not super clean. Dinner buffet (although we didn't eat there) was pricy for the selection.
There is a big set of stairs that connects between the two buildings, one which houses the restaurant and the other that houses the public onsen/kids play area so not stroller friendly.
