Pros:

The view to the falls

Cons:

Alarm clock in the room rang at 6AM although we asked to stop it and send someone to stop it. It happened again the next morning
They didn’t change towels or made the beds till 3 PM

Not bad, not great - For proximity to Convention Center was perfect
Pros:

We stayed at this property while attending a conference.

Cons:
• Only 4 elevators to service the entire property. There were times we would have to wait in line for the elevators and many times we would wait up to 10 minutes for an elevator to our floor.
•The confusion over breakfast costs. While cold was complimentary (Titanium Bonvoy level), the hot add on was $20 more. (I had read the reviews before hand so I understood this) but each server (except one) gave conflicting/confusing information to our table each morning.
•Property needed a refresh in the halls and rooms (peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, bathroom door was off the sliding tracks) Dimly lit in some areas of the hotel.
•Bathroom was tiny!
•Lounge area on 19th floor was small & was filthy every day. Same mess there for several days.

Pros:
•The views of the Falls from the elevator waiting areas on all the floors.
•Probably the closest walk to the Convention Center.
•The view of the falls from the large 3rd floor outside balcony. Perfect for viewing nightly 10pm fireworks over the falls.
•Walking distance to many places to eat
•Close walk to the Falls Incline to visit the Table Rock area (shopping, entertainment, dining, and magnificent views of the Falls)
•The food was consistently good. (Even though there was conflicting information each day as far as pricing options, the food was very good with a large assortment of choices. )
•Staff very kind and helpful.
•Unlike some hotels in the heat, the air conditioning worked well and cooled the room quickly.
•Room was cleaned and smelled fresh.
•Comfortable beds/linens.
•Dorm fridge in room.
•The common area of the hotel was inviting, clean, and bright.

Pros:

Amazing view and Starbucks in the lobby is very convenient.

The staff were helpful and very nice.

Cons:

Very basic amenities. We were even told we had to pay $7 to get additional EMPTY glasses for the room. We had to ask for a kettle in order to get one in the room. There was a coffee maker with no coffee or tea in the room, and although the view is AMAZING, the room was not up to the standard of other Marriott hotels we've been to.

Staff helpful, would have like to have know about any amenities they offered that didn't require $$$

Room was clean and had a beautiful sunset.

Cons:

Having to pay $50 for parking on top of the room was a bit much! I know that may seem typical for the area but I don't have to necessarily like it.

Great place
Pros:

Great stay.
Clean and spacious room with two queen beds.
Best view to Canada and US falls.

Friendly and very helpful staff.

Mathew and Andy were our servers at the hotel’s restaurant and both were amazing.

Special thanks to Andy for recommending Niagra on the lake, two sisters vinery and cow’s ice cream.

Amazing views you cannot get any better than this
Pros:

The views are unbelievable !! Property was very clean and staff was very nice. The restaurant is amazing. You don’t even need to leave the property Starbucks on properties. Definitely staying here again. Can’t wait to come back.

There is not a lot of parking there is overflow parking across the street
