Het zwembad was echt verschrikkelijk! Nog nooit zoiets gezien!
The view of the Horseshoe Falls from our room was spectacular, daytime and night lightshow and fireworks. The room we were in was very clean and quiet with a gentle hum from the falls. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Parking was excellent, unfortunately there was an additional charge for the hotel guests, but still worth it. The Agents/Staff during check-in were very friendly, polite and quick...
TV did not offer Youtube and the channel with music charged an additional fee per 24hrs. The check-out folio should be in a simpler format to read and understand.

Terrible Soundproofing and Overpriced Parking
This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, primarily because it is impossible to get any rest.
The sound isolation in this hotel is completely non-existent. My room is separated from the next one by an interior connecting door, meaning I could hear literally every word, movement, and laugh from the guests next door as if they were sharing the exact same room with me. At 4:00 AM, they were still talking loudly and laughing. I tried knocking on their door to ask them to keep it down, but they completely ignored me.
To top it all off, they hit me with a $150 parking fee for a 3-night stay. That is easily the most expensive parking charge I have ever encountered at any hotel around the world.
Between the sleepless night and the highway-robbery parking rates, I would strongly recommend staying anywhere else.
