Incredible view
Pros:

The view was incredible from Room 2909. The staff were friendly and helpful at check in. We found everything we needed in the room.

Cons:

Water was not replenished daily, and the floor was not hoovered well with hair from previous guests.

The room needs to be updated. It also needs to be cleaned better. There were spiders in our room We also had to pay for parking which most hotels when staying there parking is free

Pros:

The breakfast was great but you have to add tip.
The falls view is amazing!

Cons:

The hotel parking was expensive, 50$.

While the hotel has a great view over the falls, walking to the falls is 24 minutes. The hotel is also pretty far from the touristic center.

We booked a king room with falls view. The first room we received had an edge with a crane which ruined the view. Another room they offered was on a much lower floor and had cables on the window. Eventually we receiced a quin room where the view was not blocked.

Beautiful location and views, but disappointing room condition and customer service.
Pros:

The location was excellent. We loved the views of the Falls and the pool area.

Cons:

We paid extra to upgrade to a room with a better view, but the furniture was in poor condition, with torn and detached upholstery. We reported it to the front desk, but no solution, room change, or consideration was offered. For the higher price, we expected high standards.

Expensive and bare bones. But the view and the desire to see the falls from Canadian side over rules those issues.
Pros:

Location! View from our room was exceptional.

Cons:

No perks for being an Bonvoy member even mentioned.
Parking was ridiculously expensive
