Des points positifs mais rapport qualité prix pas au rendez-vous
Pros:

La famille qui tient l'hôtel est accueillante et a répondu à chacune de nos demandes, en nous conseillant sur les choses à faire, les tarifs etc... On sent l'ambiance familiale et le client n'est pas traité comme un simple numéro, c'est appréciable.
La piscine est grande, et nous avons toujours eu de la place sur les transats, la plage de galets semi privée est très agréable.
La vue depuis la chambre - si vous avez une chambre vue sur mer- est incroyable, couchers de soleil magnifiques tous les soirs.
Le jardin est très joli et bien entretenu.

Cons:

Pas mal de choses à améliorer pour que cet hôtel soit au standing auquel il prétend être (4 étoiles). Mes remarques se veulent constructives car je pense que la famille a à coeur de s'améliorer :
Sécurité : plusieurs installations ne sont pas 'kids friendly' : rampe d'escalier cassée en bord de piscine, piscine profonde partout (sauf un bassin spécial mais qui est pour le coup vraiment une pateaugeoire), balcons pas sécurisés (barrière facilement escaladable par un bébé de 2 ans, séparation en verre entre les chambres brisées), accès à la plage via escaliers pas simple avec des touts petits, 'déchets' visibles et accessibles un peu partout (plage, sous la piscine...), aire de jeux à rénover (certains jeux cassés)
Restauration : manque d'organisation dans les équipes qui fait que l'on attend parfois très longtemps son plat (et les plats n'arrivent pas ensemble), encore une fois pas évident avec des petits, qualité assez inégale que ce soit au petit dej ou au restaurant (mais merci au serveur qui prévient de ne pas prendre certains plats qui ne sont pas bons 😉), le petit dej pourrait vraiment être amélioré (grille pain, meilleur café - expresso disponible en payant au bar mais celui de la machine est affreux, mettre la clim dans cette salle), et de façon générale avoir plus de variété (si on reste une semaine on tourne vite en rond)
Chambres : literie inégale (le lit une place de mon fils était bien mais le nôtre beaucoup trop mou), les draps sont trop petits et se défont sans arrêt, le ménage est fait à la va-vite, salle de bain assez vétuste à rénover (porte de douche, fuites)
Enfin, concernant l'emplacement, il faut avoir en tête que les taxis sont très chers pour se rendre dans le centre donc il est préférable d'avoir une voiture pour les déplacements (si vous osez conduire en Albanie 😊) et aussi car l'accès à l'hôtel n'est pas évident à pied, pas non plus de transports à proximité.

Pros:

супер отдых - тишина , свой пляж - не переполненный людьми , когда море штормит - есть хороший большой бассейн . вечер албанской музыки и танцев сделал наш отдых незабываемым !

Cons:

надо что-то делать с завтраками .невозможно 6 дней есть одно тоже без возможности выбрать, а такого плохого кофе я нигде не встречала , шли после завтрака в кафе на берегу и пили кофе там . пару раз ужинали в ресторане отеля , а остальные вечера выезжали в рестораны Ксамиля и Саранды .

My son was not feeling well, they did provide me with a ride to the pharmacy to buy medicine for free. Thanks Lila for amazing holiday.

Poloha v blízkosti Sarande, ale přitom mimo dosah hluku města. Krásný velký bazén, pláž též super. Želva na zahradě.

Pros:

We found this location as best. Away from the noisy part of Sarande. Had everything we needed to stay and enjoy the location. Clean rooms, great view from the room, clean swimming pool, wonderful staff, very accommodating reception and house keeping staff, good breakfast and private beach access anytime during the day. It's a bit away from main Sarande hustle but we had a car and taxi is also available to visit Sarande. Close to Kasamil as well.
Staff is so nice and helpful. Food at the restaurant is fine. But there is another restaurant further near the beach and that's good too. Overall, very nice stay.

Everything was great.

Very fun! The kids loved it and the adults got to relax as well.
Pros:

The pool is excellent and it has a children’s pool too. The pizza in the restaurant was delicious. The staff is so kind and helpful. An outdoor gym which is nice if you want to lift some weights. Good breakfast.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse med familjen och kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell. Rummet var rymligt, mycket rent och hade en fantastisk utsikt som vi verkligen uppskattade. Personalen var vänlig, hjälpsam och fick oss att känna oss välkomna under hela vistelsen. Vi uppskattade särskilt att vi fick checka ut sent utan extra kostnad, vilket gjorde avresedagen mycket mer avslappnad. Frukosten var mycket god med ett stort utbud av färska alternativ. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Περάσαμε υπέροχα σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο! Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό και μας επέτρεψε να κάνουμε check-in νωρίτερα, στις 12:00, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα γιατί μας έδωσε περισσότερο χρόνο να απολαύσουμε την περιοχή. Η θέα από το δωμάτιο ήταν πραγματικά μαγευτική, οι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι και το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο, φρέσκο και πολύ νόστιμο. Η φιλοξενία ήταν άψογη και σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά!

-- Die Kaffeemaschine beim frühstück war kaputt an beiden Tagen

-- die Lage ist zweischneidig (siehe positiven Kommentar oben): schön ruhig und schöner meerzugang aber gleichzeitig braucht man auch jeden fall ein auto um naCh saranda zu kommen; der weg ist übel. Daher wäre es schön gewesen, wenn die restaurant-(oder wasser-)preise ein bisschen weniger überteuert gewesen wären.

Incredible stay by the coast
Pros:

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The large pool and the beautiful beach view created the perfect vacation atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the sea view was simply breathtaking.

The family running the hotel was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was elegant, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to suit everyone.

Everything about our stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sarandë. It's a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Albanian coast.
