Mình rất hài lòng về khách sạn
Pros:

Anh lễ tân ăn mặc bảnh bao và cực kỳ nhiệt tình lúc nào đi ngang qua ảnh cũng chào hỏi rất dễ thương
Phòng sạch sẽ rộng rãi đầy đủ tiện nghi

Cons:

Gối hơi cứng một xíu và cửa do dùng chìa để khoá nên thao tác hơi lâu

Pros:

Keep in mind this is a 3 star hotel - there are a lot of reviews that don't seem to understand what a 3 star hotel is and are expecting something different.
With that in mind I found the room clean and the staff incredibly warm and friendly. The location is great right in the action of the old quarter and near the lake.

Cons:

Shower was a little difficult to figure out. Noisy air con. some of the decor is a little rough around the edges.

The location is excellent and the staff is excellent, but it needs more attention to cleanliness.

以三星酒店嚟講呢間性價比非常之高，我哋一共住咗50,000工作人員10分幫忙10分友善，其實只係需要自己打避風筒同埋一次性床上用品呢個酒店係完美的
Pros:

最初安排咗我哋住6樓頂樓，因為天氣實在太炎熱成間房好似冇空氣咁，冇窗，另外因為電視睇唔到世界盃，當晚就幫我哋換咗房真係非常多謝客服嘅幫忙

Photos didn’t depict real rooms. Tv didn’t work. Booked on the chance that property was reduced 70 percent from regular room rate. Price paid was about what one would expect

Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, très arrangeant et gentil. L’hôtel est proche de tout et hyper central. Les lits sont très confortables, la climatisation fonctionne très bien et nous avons très bien dormi. L’hôtel est familial, a peu de chambres, mais Mr Bryan est très arrangeant et toujours disponible. Nous sommes arrivés très tôt et nous avons eu une chambre dès notre arrivée sur les 2 réservées pour poser nos bagages.

Pros:

Bryan at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Bed is comfortable. Shower and air con both nice and powerful. Location is perfect, close to everything in the old quarter.

Cons:

Cleaning could be of a better standard. Found hairs in the drawers and mould in the fridge. It is strange that the bed is on the ground, could use a ledge or something to heighten it.
