One night, quick turn around. Very hard to sleep in Bed.
Pros:

Very well located for my purposes. . Nice room, nice staff.

Cons:

Bed and Pillows were super hard. Like laying on a brick using a brick for a pillow. Made it very hard to sleep. Terrible bed and pillows.

An excellent suite, especially if you're planning to stay for a few days or more.
Pros:

The desk staff were all unfailingly pleasant and happy. My room was already a good one, but the person who checked me in looked to see if there was a free upgrade available -- without my asking! My suite was quite roomy, and it was very quiet.

Cons:

I didn't really like the modern valet system they had in place. They text you a link, and you need to use a web site to request your vehicle. Well, on the early morning when I was supposed to depart, the web request apparently didn't go through, so it took me almost half an hour to get my car and made me late to the airport.

Initial shock about the lack of daylight but all the rest made up for it, especially the staff
Pros:

The staff was amazing and you could see in every corner that they really care

Overall a great stay, very few complaints. I would recommend and stay again!
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff, great location, felt safe, clean, quiet and peaceful inside hotel

Cons:

Minor things, mostly that the windows could use an update for better sound insulation. I had to keep checking that it was closed bc I could hear all of the noise from the street on Fri and Sat perfectly.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly , I loved the room and to be able to use the roof top deck.

This establishment is definitely on my shortlist of favorite places
Pros:

A lovely historic hotel that has been well preserved. Yet well updated with modern conveniences. The junior suite was well appointed and comfortable. Centrally located in the Gaslamp District. There are a variety of dining options and entertainment. What was most impressive was the staff. From the front desk to the parking attendants and finally the housekeeping staff all were very attentive, polite and professional. I definitely enjoyed my stay.
