Pros:

Хорошее расположение, чистый и уютный номер! В душе - модная японская лейка « РеФа» и качественная косметика.Wi-Fi- летает! Завтрак - разнообразный, голодными не останетесь! Приветливый персонал, недопониманий не возникало. На первом этаже - магазин 7/11, что очень удобно. До замка Кумамото неторопливым шагом -15-20 минут( учитывая, что ближайшие ворота были закрыты и мы шли в обход).

シングルルームに宿泊しましたが、テーブルがベッドの真横にあり大変使いずらかったです。
コンセントはテーブルの下やテレビの裏の分かりずらい場所という使いずらい位置にあり、出来ればテーブルの上にしてほしかったです。
また、マニュアルに書かれてはいますが防犯上のため1時に玄関施錠となっていてもう少し遅れたら入れなくなる所でした。こういう重要な事は文書だけでなくチェックインの時に伝えるべきではないですか？私は喫煙しないので問題無いですが、タバコを吸ったら清掃費3万円というのも重要な事だと思うので口頭で伝えるべきだと思います。
カードキーをかざさないとエレベーターで上がれない仕様も不便です。

Le personnel est adorable, la communication en anglais se passe très bien.
Il y a à disposition plusieurs produits de beauté : savons, shampoings, crèmes, brosse à cheveux, chouchous... Tout le matériel d'hygiène nécessaire, et sans supplément ! L'onsen est propre il y a également des shampoing, savon, et soin pour cheveux ! L'hôtel propose des pyjamas et chaussons à disposition des clients, sans supplément.
La chambre est très bien ! Le lit est confortable, il y a suffisamment d'espaces pour y ranger ses valises (on a 2 énormes valises et 4 sacs), elle dispose d'un rangement pour les habits. La salle de bain est bien équipée.
Il y a un lave linge (300 yen) et sèche linge (100 yen) au 12ème étage.
Et tout ça pour seulement 40€ par nuit pour 2 !

The hotel reception is on the 2nd floor. There is a 7-Eleven at the bottom of the building, which is very convenient for snacks, drinks, and other essentials.

The staff are friendly and helpful, as are most Japanese people we met during our stay.

The room is small, as is the shower room, but this is fairly typical in Japan. The shower had good hot water and strong water pressure. The Wi-Fi was adequate, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Overall, a convenient and comfortable place to stay, especially with the 7-Eleven located right downstairs.
