Great location but not the most practical of set ups
Pros:

Really good location near the main metro line and train lines for easy access to Munich City centre, nice shops and facilities near by

Cons:

The room was not very practical and not really comfortable for relaxing in, there are also no staff on the premises which lead to a problem when we were locked out of our room by the key cards expiring early and the main phone number was not answered leaving us locked out for quite some time. Also the cleaner came in and threw away some of our things which we were actually using, which is quite unusual.

Einfacher Check-In, es war innen sauber aber der Balkon war voll mit Taubenkot.

Cons:

Der Balkon war komplett voll mit Taubenkot. Bitte putzen sie ihn regelmäßig und machen etwas gegen die Tauben. Das ist ekelhaft und unhygienisch.

No me gustó nada.No tiene baño individual.Tiene en el pasillo conjunto con otros .No tiene personal. Tiene una máquina para pagar y no me encuentro la reserva.Perdido una hora para pagar.La terraza da asco de salir.Esto no es hotel es un piso con varias habitaciones.

Pros:

Pokoj čistý, čistá byla i sdílená koupelna pro cca 2 pokoje, na pokoji příjemně - ani teplo ani zima. Ocenila jsem, že je ubytování blízko zastávky Bus 54- a 2 zastávky k Harras, odkud jede S-Bahn směr Hauptbahnhof Mnichov (S7) nebo s přestupem na ZOB Mnichov- Hackebrücke (S7-S2 S6 myslím). Také je možné z 54 přestoupit u Harras na bus 144 a dojet k Olympiasee. U Harras otevřen MC Donald, u ubytování snad i pizerie. Blízko ubytování je Lidl a DM. Snad jsem moc nepopletla čísla spojů, jde o to, že spojení k ubytování je docela dobré. Pro mne bylo ubytování volbou na poslední chvíli, protože možná kvůli koncertu Louise Tomlinsona a rozhodnutí na poslední chvíli bylo vše levnější a blíž Olympiahalle již nedostupné anebo byly ceny extrémně navýšené u jiných ubytování, které bývá většinou levnější v jiných termínech, než kdy jsem cestovala. Možná se v Mnichově konala i jiná akce kromě koncertu v těchto dnech 16.4-18.4.2026.

Cons:

Pokoj je velmi malý, ale na přespání dostačující, nicméně je škoda, že by velikosti pokoje mohla odpovídat i cena - mohla být i nižší, i vzhledem k tomu, že check-in a check-out probíhá bez recepce a jen formou automatu. Cestovala jsem na koncert a moc jsem se v pokoji nezdržela, takže na takový nocleh stačí. Je zde jedno menší křesílko a velmi malý stolek, na kterém se nedá moc pracovat, pokud by host potřeboval pracovat na PC. Zlobilo trochu světlo, když se zapojilo do zásuvky nějaké další elektronické zařízení (např. nabíječka do telefonu v zásuvce), chvíli dost blikalo a stejně tak blikalo světlo i ve výtahu, když se rozjel,
