La Habitación: no cerraban las ventanas( habitación 613) y un día no salía agua en la mañana; El Personal: 1 hra para cerrar el check out con el recepcionista, el cual estaba muy confundido en el sistema respecto de los pagos, y cuando ya tenía que subir al taxi, me indica que él estaba equivocado y que yo tenía que pagar una diferencia; y una serie de detalles más, como por ejemplo: nos botaron cosas que no correspondía hacerlo, por suerte las lograron encontrar en la basura; 2 días no nos dejaron toallas, entre otras cosas.

Bueno pero con muchas opciones de mejora.
Pros:

Desayuno bueno, siempre ofrecen el mismo desayuno. Espacios comunes les falta mantenimiento, se le notan los 100 años al hotel. Más cariño a los animales, alguno se notan descuidados. El club de playa es regular.

Familiar, pero la próxima sin vendedores del club por favor

Las instalaciones y lo natural que se ve con sus animales dentro siento que la magia se la dan los animales.

No me gustó la perseguidira y acoso del personal del club de viajes para hacernos socios de la línea de los hoteles Faranda que se encuentran dentro del hotel, literal nos sentimos acosados con la insistencia de escuchar la oferta… les dice uno que no y siguen a cada momento insistiendo durante los días que uno está allá hospedándose,,, fue lo único que nos espantó en este viaje… cuando el cliente dice no es no, por qué terminamos yendo a escuchar la oferta presionados por ayudar al vendedor y nos dijeron 30 min y resultaron siendo más de una hora, uno va a vacacionar o estresarse en el hotel por terceros con ese tipo de insistencia.

Lindo hotel, rico desayuno, las piscinas increíbles, sobre todo para los niños. Lindo lugar en que habitan animales también. Totalmente recomendable.

Cons:

Una mañana no tuvimos agua en la habitación, sin embargo, llamamos y pudieron solucionarlo.

Innolvidable, seguro repetimos pronto
Pros:

Me encantó la cantidad de piscinas disponibles, en distintos espacios y tamaños, el desayuno estuvo delicioso, mi pareja y yo tuvimos un aniversario de lujo, el hotel estaba en perfectas condiciones de limpieza y mantenimiento, nos sorprendieron gratamente con decoración romántica y botella de vino, sin duda volveremos cada que podamos, siempre es una experiencia innolvidable.

La piscina mas grande estaba en mantenimiento pero lo compensan con las otras piscinas.
