Gran experiencia
Pros:

Las instalaciones en todo su conjunto lo hacen especial. Todas las piscinas estaban excelentes. El área del SPA Y gimnasio le dan un plus
El cóctel del Bienvenida muy bueno. La atención de todo el Staff fue excelente. La ubicación muy precisa y está todo cerca de las principales restaurantes de Boca Grande.

Cons:

El menú de la comida las opciones de pollo y otras carnes eran muy poca.

Le meilleur hôtel de Carthagène
Pros:

Petit-déjeuner, piscine, fitness, les animaux en total liberté dans l'hôtel, la surcôte de notre chambre, n'hésitez pas à demander plus grand si vous restez plusieurs jours, les clients restent en général 2-3 jours, l'ascenseur super rapide

Cons:

Le WiFi manque de puissance parfois et coupe, en plein meeting c'est très embêtant.
Et il faut installer des horloges un peu partout, c'est compliqué de savoir l'heure qu'il est pour un suisse :-)
Aussi une grande balance précise à la réception pour se peser et peser les valises.

Pros:

Tiene una ubicación perfecta, el personal es atento y muy cordial, atendieron las dudas de inmediato. Las habitaciones son cómodas, las piscinas son grandes. Tiene instalaciones bonitas.

Estadía agradable
Pros:

Variado y buena preparación; el ambiente del espacio y el servicio del personal a cargo.

Cons:

En la cafetería al frente de la piscina el servicio es lento y quizás no es atendido según el orden de llegada del huésped. Para la utilización del jacussi la administración prometió comunicar confirmación para su utilización en un término de minutos; pasaron horas y me vi en la necesidad de volver a preguntar sobre lo comentado de manera presencial. Los brazaletes se deterioran y a fin de no incomodar al huésped con la duda pero entendiendo que prima la seguridad, el disponer una lista que permita al bloque portería confirmar que se trata de un huésped.

Me robaron en el hotel
Cons:

Hurto dentro del hotel, negligencia de seguridad e intervención de la Policía Nacional"

Grave falla de seguridad y manejo administrativo nefasto en el Hotel Caribe Faranda. Durante nuestra estadía en mayo de 2026, nos hurtaron la billetera con $250.000 COP y la cédula de mi esposo en el área de la piscina. Lo alarmante no es solo el robo, sino el encubrimiento interno: el supervisor de seguridad recibió la billetera de un supuesto "huésped no identificado", la manipuló y nos la entregó completamente vacía.
El personal se negó a identificar al testigo ante los patrulleros de la Policía Nacional que tuvieron que asistir al hotel .Los administradores José Bohórquez y Carlos Arango se desentendieron por completo, y el hotel se lavó las manos entregando el Acta Operativa No. OP-SG-F003-0126, donde admiten que su personal manipuló el elemento hurtado pero se escudan en supuestos "puntos ciegos" a pesar de alardear que tienen más de 200 cámaras.
Cero empatía. El caso ya está radicado formalmente ante la Fiscalía General de la Nación y se presentará la respectiva demanda ante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC). No se hospeden aquí si valoran su seguridad, su dinero y sus documentos de identidad.

Angenehmes Hotel mit ein paar Einschränkungen
Pros:

+ überwiegend freundliches Personal
+ bequemes KZ-Bett
+ reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet
+ gutes Restaurant
+ mehrere Pools im ruhigen Innenbereich
+ Minibar
+ stabiles WLan
+ eigener Strandabschnitt im ruhigeren Bereich von Bocagrande, freie Liegen und Stühle (keine Deutsche angetroffen die alles unnötig vorab belegen)
+ Bars und Restaurants in Laufnähe

Cons:

- schwacher Wasserdruck im 5.Stock, teilweise Totalausfall, vibrierende Wasserrohre
- laute Klimaanlage
- Fenster zugeschraubt
- mehrere Wildtiere werden im begrenzten Innengarten gehalten
- Achtung Verkäufer rund ums Hotel und am Strand, sowie im alten Stadtteil
- - sehr lästige, aufdringliche Mitarbeiter im Hotel (!), die einem Hotelketten-Aktien und ähnliches aufzwingen wollen, was leider den Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm beeinflusst und für Unsicherheit sorgt!

Pros:

El hotel cada vez está mas bonito, es el único con espacios así de amplios en esa localización ,el servicio excelente, amamos el hotel. Además nos ayudaron mucho con mi hijita y mi mamá que tiene movilidad reducida , extremadamente empáticos y humanos.
