Pros:

El hotel, muy bonito y súper bien cuidado, las habitaciones muy lindas.

Cons:

El aire de la habitación de noche no enfriaba llamamos y no nos dieron solución de ninguna forma. El desayuno dice que inicia a las 6:30 teníamos un tour por ende debíamos tomarlo temprano sin embargo cuando nos acercamos no estaba listo, no había variedad de nada.

Desmejoró con respecto a la estadía anterior.

Facilidades de piscina y entorno.

Cons:

Dos días sin TV. Habitación hubo que pedir a las tres de la tarde vinieran a hacerla. Comidas de regular calidad pero abundantes. Personal con poca experiencia y capacidad de resolución en la recepción. Lenta la atención en general.

Heerlijk verblijf, dichtbij zee!
Pros:

Het is een fijn, comfortabel hotel op een fijne locatie dichtbij zee. Goed geregeld met bewaking waardoor je veilig naar zee kan lopen.
Het hotel is wat verouderd, maar alles is netjes en schoon en medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het is leuk dat er dieren zijn, dat maakt het ook voor kinderen erg leuk. Wij zijn hier voor de derde keer geweest en een volgende keer zou ik weer voor dit hotel kiezen.

Execelente hotel cerca a la playa
Pros:

Todo, fuimos felices en familia. Las instalaciones son muy acogedoras, excelente, sus espacios comunes como piscina y restaurantes son muy buenos y tener fauna silvestre como guacamayas, tucanes, siervos y pavos reales en el hotel fue sorprendente. La ubicación es excelente, a lado de la playa segura y en una zona comercial donde se puede salir a caminar y encontrar restaurantes y demás locales comerciales muy cerca. Buena opción calidad/precio. Desayuno tipo bufet muy bueno.

Cons:

Demasiado personal ofreciendo insistentemente la afiliación al Club de la línea hotelera. Se torna muy desgastante cuando nos encontramos de vacaciones estar atendiendo a los promotores. Deben mejorar la carta del restaurante para tener más opciones y precios variados.

Descanso y excelente atención
Pros:

El desayuno es variado y completo. Las frutas frescas y la pastelería muy deliciosa y diversa.
Todo exquisito y excelente atención del personal en el sector de buffet.
La posibilidad de acceder a dos piscinas con diferentes temperaturas hacía muy grata la estadía. Destacable también es el espacio en la playa, con cómodas tumbonas y privacidad.

Gutes Hotel in Strandlage, Verbesserungen wären notwendig

Die Nähe zum Strand, viele Liegen verfügbar, schöne Pools und die Tiere in den Parkanlagen :-)
So oft man will frische Handtücher am Pool.

Cons:

Das WLAN ist langsam und instabil, unser Zimmer war schon etwas abgewohnt (Fensterglas war schon blind), keine Möglichkeit, Badesachen im Zimmer zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Der "neue" Gym roch leider ziemlich modrig und war feucht, der alte hat nur wenig Geräte. Eindeutig zu wenig Steckdosen und ein billiger, langsamer Haarföhn.

El Caribe era un gran hotel. Ya no lo es. La atención es mala.

El hotel es bonito. Estuvimos es la parte antigua, que es muy bonita.

Cons:

Estuve unos días en el Hilton y, después, pasé al Caribe. El contraste es muy fuerte en la atención. En el Hilton la atención es excelente; todos se esfuerzan por hacer sentir bien al huésped. En el Caribe, la atención es mala en general. Por ejemplo, el señor que sirve el café en el desayuno es antipático y hace mal su trabajo. Un día volvimos a la habitación al mediodía, después de la piscina, y la habitación no había sido arreglada.
