Pros:

Location veramente centrale a 2 passi dalla Gran Via .a piedi si arriva benissimo a Puerta del sol. Appartamento veramente carino e nuovo.

Beautiful spacious and comfortable apartment in perfect location
Pros:

The flat was so cosy and smelt great from the moment you walked in. There were loads of space, washing machine to wash your clothes and a large clothing drying rack to dry it. The location was perfect, in a beautiful area of Lisbon with incredible restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping all within 10 mins walk. The bed was also extremely comfortable where it even made it hard to get up in the morning hahaha. The hosts were always quick to respond to any issues, questions and requests.

Cons:

The AC in the living room kept dropping some black dirty every once in a while (but not lots). And after 2 days the AC in the bedroom for the first 10 mins of being on smelt a bit vinegary. These are very small issues though and would recommend staying here to everyone!!

If you book this property, make sure the apartment you are assigned is the same one advertised.
Pros:

The location was good, and the instructions for collecting the keys were clear, making the check-in process smooth.

Cons:

In the photos for our original booking, the apartment clearly showed a terrace directly connected to the living room. (see the photos below) This was one of the main reasons we chose and paid more for this specific apartment.

However, the apartment we received was completely different. Instead of the advertised terrace, we overlooked a boring elevator shaft. We contacted the owner and were told that the apartment with the terrace was under maintenance and that it was not possible to move us.

As a result, we paid a higher price for a feature that was advertised but never provided. This was very disappointing and did not match the accommodation we had booked.

A casa é bastante agradável e tem uma decoração moderna, tem todos os utensílios essenciais quer para cozinhar quer tábua de passar a ferro por exemplo. A localização é super central e walking distance de todas as atrações principais.

Cons:

O sofá não é muito confortável porque é sofá-cama e as almofadas vão saindo quando nos sentamos. Gostamos de tudo em geral!

Bien ubicado, muy bonito y limpio pero con nula luz

La ubicación es excepcional. Muy limpio.

Cons:

Solo quedaba un apartamento interior y es un zulo. No tiene ninguna luz. Era necesario tener la luz encendida en todo momento y eso me agobió un poco. Entiendo que son las desventajas de ser interior, pero la sensación es bastante desagradable.

Super comfy apartment
Pros:

I was traveling alone so safety was paramount. Not that you ha e much to worry about in this neighborhood but still. Anyhow. I felt great. I loved the location. So many awesome restaurants near by. I was there in a heatwave and the air con worked beautifully too. Then I would open the French doors in the morning to get some fresh air whilst I sipped coffee. Super clean and a comfy bed too.
