Excellent hotel. Pretty close to downtown via CTA . Overall good value and will stay there again
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, but very happy to have it regardless. The scrambled eggs were funny - were they powdered by any chance? The oatmeal was excellent! All the meat seemed to be turkey based, that was yuck. The coffee was very good. The breakfast staff were very attentive and very friendly.

Cons:

I didn't like the scrambled egg consistency or the turkey breakfast meat. Everything else was super!

Served our need for our 2 night stay in Chicago, west loop
Pros:

I liked the location, it suited our needs. We were comfortable in our room and I’d rate it 8.8 for sure. We like the walkable area of west loop.

Cons:

Breakfast nicely laid out and better than alot of hotels but is good basic which is okay.

Pros:

The service - from the cheery valet guy at the front door to the reception staff and friendly bar staff, we were made to feel so at home/

The description was misleading, as it was billed as two bedrooms, but both beds were in the same room with a four foot wall partition.

lt is a great hotel, nice pool, nice breakfast and can't beat the location.
Pros:

The breakfast was nice, they even had gluten free options. The location is great.

Cons:

There was no blanket for the couch bed, just a sheet, we had to ask 3 times before one was delivered. no housekeeping to replenish towels. (2 night stay)
