This was a great stay after a night at the United Center.
Pros:

Close proximity to restaurants/bars, United Center, train station. The room had many amenities. Staff was so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bed wasn’t as comfortable as I had hoped, but fine for a night!

Very nice hotel overall.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable. I think the mattress needs replaced. The pillows had very little support also. That's my only complaint.
