Room super good, wall thin pack earplugs, take the stairs.
Pros:

Room was good with Wi-Fi and TV.

Cons:

Thin walls so u can hear what’s going on outside in the city and the hallway. Don’t get me started on the elevator one ride going up and I thought it was going to fall (just take the stairs please).

Disappointing
Pros:

Location

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel’s customer service. I came to collect my mother and sister-in-law, who were staying there and had a large amount of luggage. My mother is disabled, and I also had my young child with me. We needed temporary help because we had to attend a court hearing and were waiting for my brothers to arrive to assist us.
I first asked a member of staff if the hotel could hold the bags for a short period of time, and they said it would be fine. However, when I spoke to the front desk, I was told I would have to leave the bags in the lobby entirely at my own risk. I explained the situation and politely asked if the bags could be stored somewhere safe, especially as I was unfamiliar with the area and unsure how secure it was.
Without even checking, the staff member repeatedly told me there was “no space.” I asked several times and explained the circumstances, but he continued to refuse, despite there clearly appearing to be available space. The complete lack of compassion, understanding, and willingness to help a disabled guest and family in a difficult situation was extremely upsetting.
I understand hotels have policies, but the dismissive attitude and unwillingness to even try to assist left a very poor impression.
There was also only ever one lift working at a time. It took almost 15 minutes for the lift to come down at one time, with a single person emerging on the ground floor.
