I liked the view from my SECOND room that was given to me as the fiest one the TV did not connect to the WIfi
I didnt like the fact i paid for 2days and got a terrible experience, i couldnt watch TV for the 2DAYS, they did not do anything about it but kove me rooms to another NONE working TV room, the maintenance guy is rude old white guy with glasses has no manners at all, i expect a working TV and Wifi Thats what i paid for but i didnt get what i paid for so i basically was robbed of a good experience, its actually not a good look as i gave you guys plenty of time to rectify the problem, i got no discount, i got no reimbursements whats so ever didnt even get a extra day. Just a Sorry and thats it but they promote loke they have everything together whem omfact they do not. I want tk speak tk a actual manager and im going to report this to my solicitor as i paid for something and didnt get what I paid for
I liked the clean bed and bathroom and the big window
The shower wasn’t very powerful and the mattress was a bit lumpy
Convenient and easy. Was perfect for me - arriving late into Birmingham by train and leaving early the following morning.

Nothing to write about here just the lift was broken and I was on the 5th floor and I am disabled but I’m not going to be complaining!
Unfortunately the stay was too bad I had a luggage with me while the lift was not working both lifts the room was like souna too hot no window in the room some insects in bath tube never try this experience again

Was near New street station which was useful for me
Took me 3 attempts to get into my room as they did not have a working key card, had to go from 7th floor to reception twice using the stairs, as the lift did not let me out on my first attempt, took a while before I could get it to go back down to 6th floor and let me out. Had to use the stairs after this as I did not trust the lift (the second lift was not working at all). Was very noisy both nights but especially on Saturday night, had to bang on the wall...
The staff here are literally so amazing! The main reason I choose this hotel in Birmingham and a great central location
Good location near the city center at an affordable price and easy to find. Right outside the Birmingham New Street station. Kind staff and personel. Was also provided a fan during the biggest heatwave in the UK. The shower was a little confusing for a tourist but not a big issue, The bathroom was really nice aswell.
Hair dryer didn't work and started sparking and almost caught fire. Elevators were out of order and were really slow when they eventually worked. Very thin walls, could hear the guests next door having intercourse quite loudly with the windows open. I was woken up by loud banging and screaming aswell at 6 am in the morning. Overall the hotel was quite loud at times when it really shouldn't have been. No air circulation around the building so the air inside was quite heavy to breathe.

Location was fantastic, really close to New St Station and the Bullring with other shops eg convenience stores also very close by. Very central. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was basic but clean, had everything we needed - plus a MASSIVE TV! We were able to leave our luggage until check-in time which was really appreciated as we had a very early flight. We stayed during the heatwave and there was a fan in the room which was amazing!
One of the lifts was broken for our entire stay, and both were broken on our last day which meant there was no option but to carry our luggage down the stairs. I did see the lifts mentioned in other reviews, so I think that should perhaps be a priority, with potential mobility-impaired customers in mind especially.
It was clean the staff were very polite even when other people staying there were actually yelling at them
The lift wasn’t working and I have 2 ruptured discs in my back so it was very difficult doing the stairs
